Clean, cheap, ideal hostel. You can see they are trying very hard to constantly improve also! Only has stairs inside and the halls get a bit squishy. But loved my stay

Lo mejor es la ubicación y el tamaño de la habitación que era muy grande. La habitación no. 1 está en planta baja y se encuentra al lado de la recepción. Cada vez que alguien allí mueve una silla, camina o habla, retumba mucho en la habitación. Si tienes sueño liviano, esto es bastante molesto. También retumba bastante cuando caminan en la habitación de arriba. Como es un hostel, no esperaba servicio de limpieza en la habitación. Sin embargo, había un cartel para colgar de la puerta y pedir que hicieran la habitación. El primer día lo pusimos, pero solo hicieron la cama. No limpiaron el baño ni cambiaron una de las toallas (la habíamos dejado en el piso, como se suele hacer para pedir el recambio). Además, me encontré con mi pijama arriba de mi valija (yo lo había dejado sobre la almohada). En cuanto al baño, no nos dieron jabón ni para lavarnos las manos ni para bañarnos. Tuvimos que usar uno nuestro. Las dos veces que pedimos reposición, nos dijeron que no tenían. La segunda vez que colgué el cartel, sí hicieron la habitación de manera completa. Lo mejor de la habitación son los postigos de las ventanas que frenan muy bien la luz. El desayuno se paga aparte y es muy barato (2 euros). Esto se ve reflejado, pero por ese precio está muy bien. Hay café, algunos tipos de té, cereales, fiambre, leche y pan. Creo que podés pedir huevos también. Lo que sí debo mencionar es que la leche está sin refrigerar sobre una mesa.

¡Me encantó! La distribución y espacio en la habitación mixta fue de mi agrado. El área común y la cocina siempre limpios y con un toque hogareño. Por mucho, uno de los mejores hostales en los que he estado. El desayuno vale la pena por el costo y contenido. El personal siempre fue muy atento, amable y empático. Destaco a todos por igual y hago una extensión de agradecimiento a Ramón de Brasil, por su hospitalidad y atención al preparar para todos un excelente pastel de chocolate. La ubicación es perfecta para llegar a los principales sitios de interés en Lisboa. ¡Ampliamente recomendable!

Hôtel très bien situé à quelques minutes à pieds de pleins de commerce et de restaurants. 4 jours et 3 nuits passés avec un accueil très professionnel. Chambre numéro 4, très propre, salle de bains impeccable et la literie et le lit king size était juste parfait ! Petit déjeuner simple mais copieux avec la possibilité de cuisiner nos plats du midi ou du soir. Mention spéciale pour l'Happy Hour avec la bok à 1 € !! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir mon mari et moi.

Really nice hostel, comfortable beds, good facilities, great breakfast. It was a couple blocks from the subway, so city access was good. I was in a 10 person dorm, that was airy and spacious. The bathrooms were a a little crowded at peak times, I just had to adjust my schedule.

When I came back from exploring the city, tired and late at night, a guy was sleeping in my bunkbed. I had my stuff there but he seemed drunk and to have come along with friends from the same room. I went downstairs to complain and after knocking on the office door, the receptionist woke up and opened the door. I explained what happened and he said it was impossible. We went up to the room and the guy was already hiding in the toilet room. He was forced to come out and he finally left the building. I asked to be put in a different room as I was already uncomfortable with the situation and the last thing I wanted was not being able to sleep as I would be surrounded by this guy's mates. He said everything was fully booked, he could not help me out getting another room there or anywhere else and he could not refund the money back. I asked to speak with a manager and he said he couldn't have called him as he was asleep. When I had to find my ways to get through a manager that night, this guy called Mario, was not able to help me out either. I had to leave that place, my mobile was dead but fortunately I hired a car, so I slept inside it for that night. The answer is no, I would not recommend this place, not because of the facilities or cleanliness but due to the bad experience with customer service at all levels. I hope this helps.
