Magnifique hôtel, personnel très accueillant et super sympa. A l'écoute et disponible. La situation de l'hôtel est vraiment optimale, près de tout. Magasins, transports, restaurants, visites de la ville ou du bord de mer. On le recommande vivent et y retournerons à notre prochaine visite de Lisbonne.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo do comércio e metrô, funcionários atenciosos e educados, café da manhã maravilhoso, quarto sempre limpo. Muito bem administrado. Atendeu plenamente as nossas expectativas.

El lugar es fantástico con una inmejorable ubicación a pocos metros de todo lo que te puede interesar como turista. La atención de todos es realmente de servicio, se destaca Gonzalo por su humildad y recomendaciones de lugares para fado, restaurantes y turismo. Claudia y el te hacen sentir como en casa. Felicitaciones a todos los que hicieron nuestra estancia de 6 noches inmejorable!!

What a wonderful boutique hotel. This gem of a hotel is in the perfect location in Chiado area. Close to many restaurants, shops and bars, and the famous tram 28 stop. The welcome is warm and the service is outstanding. The breakfast is delicious and very well presented with fresh orange juice, fruit salad, eggs your way and lots of other delicious options. The breakfast staff and reception staff go out of their way to please you. A beautiful cake was presented at breakfast for my hubby's birthday which was a great surprise. Rooms are spacious, so comfortable and very well appointed. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in 80 years of world traveling. The historic property was beautifully restored. The location was excellent. The staff were extremely personable, attentive and helpful in every way. The breakfast was superb. If 10 stars was possible I would give it them 10.

Staff were extremely helpful and attentive from the moment we checked in, Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed, and the breakfast was fantastic. The location was excellent - located just three blocks up from the train station, Time Out Market and Av. 24 de Julho main street. If you are looking for a memorable boutique hotel experience in the heart of Lisbon then we highly recommend this property.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was large, clean and generally quiet considering the busy location. Perfect centrally located hotel to explore Lisbon.
