盧多維斯飯店體驗宮殿(Palacio Ludovice Wine Experience Hotel)

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service of the hotel. I travel often for both business and pleasure and I have not experienced the level of rudeness from the management. I will note that the other staff (receptionist, restaurant people, etc.) were very nice. However, my dealings with management definitely ruined my stay. Lastly, I would also not stay at this hotel if you rented a car. The street and the parking are a nightmare to manuvre.

This was a fantastic hotel with historic charm but all updated and modern inside. Staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and we’re truly caring. We were right in the middle of action and could walk to harbor, shopping, and many restaurants. There was a music concert right in front of our hotel that we got to enjoy during our stay. We loved this hotel. I stayed with my husband and 18 year old son and we had a great and enjoyable time. We highly recommend it.

Great hotel in a great location. Two recommendations for a potential guest: first ask for a room on the higher floor (4 or 5) as the street below can be a little loud at night, second there is absolutely no parking space in front of the hotel but they have a very efficient valet service so please ask for help unloading your baggage right away if you drove there.

I rarely write reviews, however, my stay at Palacio was amazing. Our room was huge with super high ceilings, and the bed was super comfortable. The gym was a nice to have and the equipment is new. The local area was walkable with an amazing view right across the street. Ubers/taxis were easy to get in the area as well. Also, the Palacio staff were so friendly and great. Their recommendations for local restaurants were spot on. Extra thanks to Pedro and Ricardo for making our stay feel wonderful :). Definitely THE spot to stay if you’re in Lisbon for the first time!

Hotel ludvice is amazing. We stayed for 3 days and the experience was beyond our expectations. It was truly exceptional from the moment we stepped into the lobby. The design of the hotel is remarkable, the rooms are so elegant, chick and spacious. The most important the level of service is superb!!! everyone was so kind and professional; the concierge, sommelier, front desk, the bar tender the waiters…. Everyone with no exception. Finally, the non stop small gestures; a wine tasting, traditional port, afternoon chocolate and a face treatment. Your hotel is a true paradise.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had the best service. The staff were all warm and friendly and very helpful. The hotel is gorgeous! The rooms are extremely well equipped, large, super comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel location is super convenient to lots of fabulous dining options. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others.
