我們從取消的easyjet航班降落在這裏,當我們到達時,工作人員非常理解。早餐和晚餐包括在我們的住宿,是自助餐風格,選擇很棒。房間非常寬敞乾淨。距離地鐵入口和超市有1分鐘步行路程。

這家酒店的位置離歷史中心很遠,但步行10分鐘即可到達最近的Alameda地鐵站,但首先步行到Alameda地鐵站的距離並不關閉。然後在Rossio地鐵站下車,步行到歷史中心。然後回去一樣上山不容易,就像他們說的。酒店打掃的很好。工作人員也一樣。早餐一般般,不是9歐元p/p的價格。現在隔壁房間的噪音太可怕了,對任何人不尊重,牀也不那麼舒服。是看起來不安全,但還可以。只是早點在酒店。

Very nice place. We stayed in the Guesthouse not the hotel. It was very reasonable and very comfortable for 3 persons with 3 beds. Our room faced the street so it was a bit noisy at night time. It was a great location, close to restaurants, transportation and the Sunday Market. Lisbon is beautiful place to visit for a few days! very nice staff and a great buffet breakfast (which was not included in our room price). But only 8 Euros!

地理位置算是中心區域比較偏僻安靜的區域，到主廣場的話走路十分鐘左右，燈光秀感覺沒有那麼震撼，客房很大，床也很大，整體算是舒適安靜的。服務態度很好很熱情，基本都是有求必應，葡萄牙的服務不知道比隔壁西班牙好幾百倍，重點説下這家酒店的餐廳，貴，1個人吃了3道前菜+1杯波特酒82歐元（主要是2道推薦的主菜是真的貴，而且葡萄牙菜量也很大），在葡萄牙真算貴了，但是真的非常非常好吃，物超所值，經濟條件允許的可以嘗試下，服務也很好，去的比較早就兩三桌，四個服務生輪流過來介紹菜品，點單，推薦酒水和陪聊，選了靠陽台的一桌，一邊吃一邊看燈光秀，感覺還是很不錯的，服務熱情設施齊全的酒店，對單人旅行的旅客可以説是很友好了

My wife and I arrived by train to Santa Apolonia station from Porto. Although the hotel couldn't be closer we wandered about before asking for directions at the station's tourist information desk (duh). Once we got there, the entire desk and lobby staff were friendly and helpful. Arriving in the afternoon, and staying only one night before returning to the States, we wanted to have an evening in the Alfama district, including some Fado music. We were not disappointed! It is about a five minute walk to Plaza Alfama, another 2-3 minutes to the Fado Museum, and only several more minutes to the Club des Fado for dinner and a show. All felt very safe and the district after dark is a kaleidoscope of happy sounds, delicious smells, and colorful lights. Our hotel room was modern -- and the first one we experienced in Portugal with a real in-room coffee service, mini refrigerator, many English-language apps on the TV service, and Kleenex (or equivalent) in the bathroom. Because the hotel seems to be a recent adaptation from original office space built into the upper floors of the old railway station, the layout of the rooms (ours, at least) had the towels stored in the closet next to the entry door, not in the bathroom, where there was no space for them. Not much of an inconvenience, but odd. Overall, an enjoyable short stay.

The hostel's name says it all - this hostel is ideally located in the heart of Lisbon within walking distance of most of the major monuments the city has to offer. My girlfriend and I allocated 2 days to Lisbon and 1 to Sintra and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of the 8-bed dorms. The rooms and amenities of this hostel exceeded our expectations as our 1st foray into hostel traveling. The staff were extremely kind as well and were helpful in helping us plan an early morning (4 am) transport to the airport. There were a few small details we wish we could change. For one, we had a bit of bad luck in that one of our roommates was sick and spent most of the night coughing relentlessly keeping most members of our room awake. Additionally, despite meeting many friendly faces, the hostel did not feel as openly social as other hostels we stayed our throughout our two week Europe trip

Spent the night here for a layover in Lisbon. Read some great reviews and on Google said it was a 2 star hotel so I was skeptical. But since it wasn't too far from the airport and near downtown we chose to stay here for the night. Cute small hotel room. Perfect for the time we were there. 15 min walk or less to Rossio Square. We did some shopping, had dinner, walked around and went back to hotel. Safe area and the room had everything we needed.. coffee, water, Safe, fridge with 2 cokes and orange juice free of cost.

The rooms are small, the staff is good, the location is off the hustle and bustle of the city but with 15 minutes walk of the train station and hop on hop off buses. Beds are large and the shower is good and so is the breakfast. there is little room for anything else so if you are looking to spend a few days in Lisbon it is a good place to park yourself. On the other hand, if you want more room and be in the heart of the Fado places etc..you have a 20-25 minute walk.

I appreciated how this hotel was able to accommodate me on short notice after the original hotel I had booked with canceled my reservation. The rate was reasonable and it was located where I needed to be. The Grand Lisboa Hotel is part of a chain of VIP hotels in Lisbon. It was quite clean but slightly run down. The room was basic and since I just needed to sleep and shower, it was fine. All the money has been put into the bathroom with modern fixtures. The bathtub is high and slippery. There was no mat to prevent falling and stepping out of the tub felt a bit precarious. The rest of the room was spare. The bed was quite firm. A table and chair in the room had some sort of dried spill on them. Bottled water was complimentary. I did not make use of the bar or restaurant facilities whilst there. To change money, on goes to a sister hotel, the VIP Zurich-walking distance-and receives a poor exchange rate. Live and learn. The service, overall, is helpful. I was given suggestions, directions, maps, etc. All the things one expects from those in the hospitality business happened. No complaints, there.
