Очень приветливый, дружелюбный, любезный и отзывчивый персонал в данном отеле. Засели раньше положенного времени без всяких просьб, просто уточнили , что номер готов и добро пожаловать. Завтрак шведский стол, номера уютные, очень чисто, есть все необходимое, расположение отеля в центре города. От аэропорта Мюнхена добраться можно за 16 минут, автобус ходит каждые 10 минут, что очень удобно.

Das Hotel atmet Geschichte in der allerbesten Lage. Ich hatte ein komfortables und ruhiges Einzelzimmer zum ruhigen Hinterhof und war 2 Nächte dort. Das Bad war sehr großzügig, neuwertig und sehr sauber. Auch mit Fenster und Tageslicht. Wirklich exzellentes Frühstück mit frisch zubereiten Eierspeisen und Kaffeespezialitäten. Flinker, freundlicher Service. Auch die Brezn sind hervorragend. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal auch an der Rezeption. Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen.

We had two rooms for 7 days during EURO 2024. I am not happy with hotel conditions very old . Check in took me almost one hour unorganized. Check out not train lady with zero experience. Ac in the room poor . Bar doesn’t have enough people working . This hotel max can have 3 star.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut mitten in der verkehrsberuhigten Innenstadt gelegen. Es bietet sehr guten Service auch für Radfahrer (Garage) an. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Zimmer groß und geschmackvoll. Einiger Nachteil war die fehlende Klimaanlage, dadurch war die Nacht sehr warm.

I don’t remember if I’ve previously submitted a review, so I’m forwarding one again now. My room was quite small and dark, despite it being classified as a deluxe room. In room dining phone order was unprofessional and poor communication. The reception team were not overly friendly and always too busy. The concierge team were much better. The hotel lobby felt like Grand Central station and I didn’t feel I was getting personalized service. The rooftop breakfast was very good as well as the pool. I would, however, probably not return to stay as there are many other 5 star hotels in Munich which are smaller and provide a higher level of individualised service.

Arrivati la mattina alle 8 dopo la cancellazione di un volo, siamo stati accolti come mai ci saremmo aspettati; arrivati stremati, ci hanno preparato in fretta e furia la camera nonostante avessimo una prenotazione per le 14 ci hanno dato accesso alle 9:30. Camere belle, luminose, pulite e spaziose. Staff eccezionale grazie a Mark e Franziska. Posizione ottima e strategica per raggiungere a piedi la stazione dei treni.

Hotel in centro cittadino. Siamo nella zona pedonale. Comfort eccellente. Personale super gentile. Siamo stati benissimo. Colazione organizzata in maniera egregia. Sul retro c'è un parcheggio. Direi che ci torno assolutamente. belle persone, belle camere. Tutto perfetto.

大雪で予定の便が欠航となり自力で宿を探す必要があり、空港側で検索かけて辿り着いたホテル。雪のため、タクシーがホテル前まで行けず、途中で降ろされるもののなんとかついたらクラシックなドイツぽい感じのところでした。部屋は広く、ゆったり。でも暖房が弱めでちょっと寒かったです。冷蔵庫はないけれど電気ポットとコーヒー類はありました。飲み物は下の朝食食堂でセルフサービスで部屋番号を書いておくという、なんか古き良きシステム。ビール、２、5ユーロ、ポテトチップ2ユーロと良心的な値段でした。街中にあり、普段ならレストランも開いているのだろうけど雪でしまっていたのは残念。天気良ければ散歩したい街並みでした。翌朝は駅まで歩きましたが10分強。大荷物無ければ十分歩けます。朝食はビュッフェで、コーヒーはポットで持ってきてくれます。ハムやチーズ、スクランブルエッグやゆで*、ヨーグルト、シリアル類など規模の割にはなかなか充実していました。フロントの方も感じが良かったです。

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Standard. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, Reservation ist empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, ein kleiner Tresor ist vorhanden, es fehlt eine Möglichkeit Getränke zu kühlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgrzeichnet. Ansonsten nur Mittsgstisch, jedoch eine Menge guter Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Hotel a conduzione familiare in una piacevole cittadina a mezz'ora di treno da Monaco. Stanza semplice ma molto curata nella qualità (cuscini e piumini di vera piuma), pulitissima e silenziosa. Colazione fresca, ricca di prodotti tipici e abbondante, fiori freschi sulle tavole. Personale tutto gentilissimo e prodigo di informazioni, insomma un luogo amichevole e accogliente sotto tutti gli aspetti.

Had an early morning flight out from Munich airport, so we chose this place based on reviews and location. We were not disappointed. The room was very nice, plenty of room and quiet. There was parking (for small fee ~7 euro) in the back of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. In fact they were kind to loan us an umbrella because of the rainy weather. Breakfast was included and while not a huge buffet, it was fresh, delicious, and sufficient for all of us! It was a short walk to the train station, where it was easy to catch a non-stop regional train to the Munich HBF, and back. This was very convenient, especially after enjoying an Augustiner Maß at one of the Oktoberfest Kellers. We had a rented car and the road to the airport was easy to navigate, not crowded, and a short trip. Overall a great place to stay and strongly recommended. I'd consider staying here on future trips to Munich, because of the reasonable price, excellent hotel, and easy convenience to getting into and out of Munich (without having to navigate the congested city streets, or changing trains) and the airport.
