魏科馬旅館(Inn at Wecoma)

Hotel was clean and looked nice but it seems like all the amenities were broken. The hot tub wasn't working, the sauna was closed, the treadmill in the fitness center was broken. Internet was unusable, the TVs are something straight out of the early 2000s with the resolution of 1080i. I don't understand how a hotel can charge so much money yet refuse to upgrade they're amenities to match what everyone else has been using for the last 20 years. That and the fact that almost everything seemed to be broken. I can go to a motel 6 and get better internet and more reliable services than I could at this place for far less money.

I did a first review about my husband being upset about the lady watching watching like a hawk while you grabbed your morning food. She wasn't cleaning. She was just standing there and making us feel very uncomfortable. They could have changed that the 2nd day we were there but they didn't. My husband was also disappointed that for a Saturday breakfast that they didn't have waffles or pancakes like a lot of other hotels do on the weekend. They just had bisquits, very runny gravy, sausage links, cereal, plain bagels, mini yogurt 2 kinds. They also didn't contact me about my first response on the property until after we checked and asked Howe they could make it better? That was funny. Why couldn't they of contacted me while I was still there and could of made some changes!! Also I told them it was my 5 year Anniversary no response from the lady behind the desk. Last year when we were at the hotel in Seaside when we said it was our 4 year Anniversary and we were checking in cause they asked us why we were visiting there city they gave us a box of chocolate truffles and non alcoholic cider. And we paid less for that hotel then we did for this one. Again the bed was hard we didn't get much sleep the pillows weren't that great! If you have a dog they put you on the bottom floor. Your not allowed to have a king bed with a dog. The screen door didn't lock. And I forgot to mention that one of the electrical sockets didn't work.

Reservation stated hot breakfast -was not available 2 of 7 mornings. Staff said "truck never arrived." First room had a stinky sewage leak in bathroom. Second room missing patio screen door and luggage rack. No air so if you wanted cool air, had to leave patio door open with no screen...bugs. TV struck on demo mode. Bed mattress lumpy and springs poking through..well beyond its life. Towels and sheets with stains. Very noisy with banging doors all times of day and night. Have stayed here before, but has now really gone downhill.

We checked in pretty late after a long drive, tired and ready for a good night rest. Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, sinking-in mattress. We were told that breakfast was until 10:00 a.m. but at 9:30 they were cleaning up, and we could barely find anything. When I mentioned the breakfast situation at checkout, I was told, “Well, people must’ve been hungry today.” Charging the prices that they charge these days for a few hours of sleep, you would expect a decent breakfast until the time mentioned at check in. Disappointing!

After having the room for over a day we found out our door was not locking. Went to front desk and was ignored for 4-5 minutes. Made the place not feel safe. The maintenance man said all i can do is look at it. Didnt even sound like he wanted to fix it. Breakfast was the same every day. We have came here in the past and had a great experience. Sadly this time was not one of them

Inn was OK. Would Not stay again. Not as nice as adverticed. Neighbors in room were screaming till 12 am. Could Not sleep well. Personal seemed to me a bit bored. Breakfast is not good. Sausages very salty. Not really clean and nice in breakfast room.

Price went up after I clicked on room choice but no alerts were provided. I only realized that the price was about a third higher than quoted when I checked the receipt! Horrible system to bait and switch.
