This hotel is amazing. I have stayed here for years. HOWEVER, TRIP DOT COM needs to update what kind of room you are getting here. TRIP DOT COM does not know the specifics. In addition, check your BOOKING DATE. If you do a google search and log in thinking that you will be staying the same dates, TRIP DOT COM might push your search date to another day. Again, THIS HOTEL IS FAB. PERIOD. TRIP DOT COM needs some help :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice view and room was clean. Only issue was the screen door to the deck which either needs to be replaced or fixed in some way as very difficult to open.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Easy access to the beach. The room was slightly dirty but the service and staff were nice.

We had a perfect weekend stay at Surftides. The room was very cute, nicely decorated. It has all you need including mini fridge, microwave,
Keurig and a little sister table and chairs. The deck is good sized with a couple Adirondack chairs.
It's nice to have a good restaurant next door, also with fantastic beach views.
We will likely be back!

The staff was terrific. Easy check-in and out. Room had great view of the ocean, right on top of the waves and close access to the beach. Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean. In room coffee is good , but condiment packets for creamer pretty scant. Mist Restaurant on the property charged $5 for a cup of coffee. Pretty steep for no refills. We would stay again.

The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our "partial ocean view" was lovely and the best part of the experience. The building is definitely quite old and was showing its age in the bathroom especially. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, but there was plenty of towels and there was not an overpowering bleach smell on everything which is a big bonus. A small keurig with some some kcup coffees was provided. No other beverages and continental breakfast for those who are wondering. Overall 7/10.
