里爾鄰近L＇Abbaye des Saveurs的飯店

和家人住了一晚(開車穿過里爾)。我們預訂了一個“家庭房”,有兩個相鄰的房間(通過內門連接),因此有兩個浴室,電視,整個房間。酒店看起來最近裝修過(或建造過),位置很好,位於盧斯市中心,附近有很多吃飯的地方,一個美麗的公園,還有一個家樂福(以防你需要一些食品雜貨)。酒店有處理COVID-19的所有措施,早餐供應以確保客人不是彼此的頂部和食物。工作人員超級友好和樂於助人。強烈推薦,會再次路過。

Arrived Friday evening a very pleasant welcome from the receptionist who remembered that I made a special request for a room without a sloping roof. Our room was at the back of the hotel, it was small, although the bathroom was a reasonable size but rather dark, there was some noise from an adjacent bar but it didn’t really bother us.. it was very warm.. no air conditioning but you could open the window, however in doing so it allowed mosquitoes into the room so my husband and I ended up with a few bites, not very pleasant. When I mentioned this to the manager he was very unsympathetic and said it was due to the weather ! We were asked on arrival if we wanted our room cleaned during our stay (environmental ?) we said yes just the once, we were given extra towels, bins emptied, carpets vacuumed, some of the dirty towels were still left in the bathroom, coffee cups and glasses not washed, coffee and water bottle not replaced. There’s a good selection for breakfast and it’s in a great location, could be a lovely hotel with a little more attention to detail

It was overall a good place to stay it was very central and near to everything but I only have a few problems it could have been cleaned better by the cleaners and also there were cigarette burns all over the room but I suppose for the price it's not bad really

在周末參觀期間，我們在這裡住了一晚。我們從倫敦經歐洲之星旅行，然後從火車上步行了大約10分鐘即可到達酒店。酒店大樓的外部不是很吸引人，但是內部的一切都很令人愉悅-類似於一家具有美麗風格的精品酒店。我們喜歡將廁所放在酒店房間內的單獨房間中，這只是一個小問題，但表明設計很好。接待人員很高興並且很舒服地用英語對我們說話（我們很抱歉沒有說法語）。我們喜歡去里爾（Lille）遊覽-老城區很美，我們很喜歡一個學生-帶領徒步旅行以了解我們的方位，後來參觀了Les Palais des Beaux Arts藝術博物館和LaM（如果您顯示的歐洲之星門票是一對二的交易，兩者）。強烈推薦這家酒店-它完美地坐落在老城區的邊緣，非常高興。

The hotel is excellently located opposite the main train station where the Eurostar arrived. The area was very quiet and also within walking distance to pretty much everything we needed to see so we walked everywhere and never needed public transport. The lobby of the hotel is cosy and very welcoming and the people at reception were friendly and very accommodating. The room was nice and the beds very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that but we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Mercure hotels are usually reliable, but ths one is a gem! It is in the old town, two minutes walk from Rue de Gand, where there is a huge choice of restaurants. My room, though not large, was perfect in every respect: comfortable bed, clean and bright. Two great features were the kettle and the fridge. The latter especially in summer time. Great breakfast buffet. Nice outside terrace (the the astro-turf is a bit naff!) . Maybe the very best thing about the hotel are the staff. Helpful, friendly and cheerful. Why would I go anywhere else when staying in Lille?

Personnel charmant efficace réactif Gros bémol pour les cartes de notre chambre (101) qui se démagnétisaient à tout bout de champs. Mais le personnel nous les remplaçait directement sans discussion et sans jugement de notre utilisation.
