We have visited Kauai several times but this was our first Timbers experience. To say it was amazing does not do it justice. It was top notch service without being stuffy. The entire staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, warm and inviting. The property was amazing. We enjoyed all the toys available (fishing, kayaking, pickleball, etc) if you have the chance to stay I would also highly recommend doing the nature tour. Al is so knowledgeable and funny. It was the highlight of our trip from grandma to my 9 year old. We had the most relaxing, luxurious and papered week!

We stayed at the Timbers for our family vacation over the Christmas holiday. What a magical place! ALL of the staff went out of their way to make certain that we had what we needed at all times. The room was beautiful and perfectly clean, the pool spectacular and the views breathtaking! The restaurant was good, but there are so many great places to try in Kauai as well. We were glad we had one dinner there. We will definelty return to the Timbers!

Hubby and I had a wonderful stay at Timbers over Fathers Day weekend. Having never visited the island, I wasn’t sure about the accommodations. We initially booked in Poipu, but decided on Timbers due to the need for updated, modern accommodations. We were not disappointed- from the beautiful hallways with orchids at each door, to the dedicated parking space, to the beautifully appointed villa with beautiful island views. After driving to the Poipu area, I know that we definitely made the right choice. The restaurant was very good and accommodating- only disappointed with the lack of Sunday evening hours. We also were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and that wasn’t acknowledged- that was it in terms of disappointments. But no negatives and we’ll definitely return!

I liked the location, but I went for a morning walk and the restrooms on the gaolf coarse were closed. A strange septic smell also drifts across the area from the D.U.M.B. I had to pinch it and walk to the airport to find sanitary facilities. It could use ladscaping hlep ☠️

Our stay was perfect in every way. It is clear that this property was designed with every detail in mind and the staff treated us the same way. This was for our anniversary and we had a wonderful meal at the restaurant. There is nothing quite like this anywhere else on Kauai.

The convenience of this property can't be beat! It's literally 5 minutes from the airport and is fun to watch the planes come and go. Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Had great meals in the restaurant, fish and chips were amazing!
