Great food, great service, great value, an absolute delight and we’ll be back soon! Family get together lunch on Good Friday, Laura couldn’t have done more to make it a pleasure for us all, the meals prepared and cooked by Lee were so delicious- ‘best chilli ever tasted’ ‘the fish cakes out of this world’ ‘crab and crayfish ravioli just amazing’ There was no rush, no pressure, helpful guide on drinks and food, all together a perfect experience and new memories made for Nan (84) through to youngest grandson (4) - thank you so much 😊

Thank you to Laura and her team for a lovely Mothers Day lunchtime. We were looked after so well. On arrival we were seated in the restaurant area, there were 7 of us and a four legged friend! Ooops! An oversight on our part as dogs aren’t allowed in the restaurant but that wasn’t a problem we were seated in the bar area - luckily for us. Our meals were well presented, tasty and very filling. The service was amazing, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you once again, we had a great time and I’m sure we will be returning in the near future.

Enjoyed a lovely meal here, food was all home cooked and great portions. Host Laura was very friendly and attentive. She recommended several places within the area to visit. We also attended the weekly Thursday night quiz which was fun as well as challenging.

We spent New Year's Eve with friends listening to a fantastic band.at The Dog Inn, Whittington. The atmosphere was brilliant and everyone was really friendly. This was the first time we had been to this pub and we will definitely be going back again. I wish this pub was my local!

Really excellent food, brilliant service and a lovely atmosphere in this picturesque Whittington pub. The pies are excellent and the beer is great too. We felt very welcome and will definitely return!
