Very nice room with easy checkin. Nice work out area and great breakfast. Convenient to the USGA Museum and Gift shop.

Management is very disorganized. They have been holding a room deposit for 19 days. They are unresponsive, don't return phone calls and put you on hold until you give up. Having my employees use this hotel while they were working in Basking Ridge has tied up $550 on our company credit card. There are better places to stay that appreciate the business.

Two weeks prior my wife and i tried to book a stay. She accidentally booked the wrong date. Within five minutes we asked to cancel the reservation. The hotel manager refused. This is a sad way to do buisness. ******* was of little help either. I hope theu experience the same customer service as they give when they travel.

Did my best to change the date of my stay by ******* app and over the phone with the property, no joy. I understand that my booking was non refundable but they had rooms available. All i wanted to do was stay Sunday night instead of Friday night. There were rooms available both nights yet rather than accommodate me they chose to keep my money. I have stayed there before, nice place but will not book there again, refundable or not

I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to relative's home. I would absolutely stay here again. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, which can sometimes be an issue in hotels. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying at the Delta Hotel.

The property is nice and clean. My refrigerator didn’t work and was offered to leave food in their refrigerator which is an inconvenience for me. So I didn’t have a place to put my food in. Only one microwave in the lobby none in the rooms. Disappointing. Other than that everything was fine.
