Pésimo servicio en el área de comidas, personal que lo daba a basto con la cantidad de huéspedes que habían. Restaurante Italiano tiene mucho por mejorar. No me gustó la restricción de alimentos como postres y nunca vi camarones .

My daughter and I stayed there for a week. We were updated to star class. The service was exceptional. The moment we entered this resort, we were mesmerized by everything within. The buffet was different every day and there were different choices everyday. The other restaurants were exceptional as well. Every employee at this resort were at your service and ready to make the experience exceptional. The rooms were beautiful and well maintained by the room service staff. This resort has many hills but multiple shuttles are available all day driving around to bring you anywhere you need. In front of every building there’s an agent ready to customize your stay into your liking. This is the best resort I’ve been to so far. The customer service really is surprising & exceptional. I highly recommend.

Honestly this is a very small resort. Nice staff and the rooms and property were very nice as well, but the food and amenities not so much. They do try to be festive by throwing themed liked events for entertainment but thats all it is. There is not much to do on your own for fun at the resort. Pool closes at 7 which is a little early. Their hibachi was probably the best food they offered. The food was not terrible, it was fresh but like eating left overs everyday of the same thing. This resort is more of an weekend type vibe, but who going to Costa Rica just for two days lol.

Hotel lobby and restaurants are very nice. The staff at the bar specifically was amazing (thank you Eduardo, Dina and Jefferson). Good side: rooms are nice (however some had a terrible view), food is good and drinks too. Staff is friendly. Lobby building is very new looking, a lot of food options. Valet parking is included. I hate the fact that they don’t have Coca Cola, only Pepsi, which is crazy to me. However that’s not why I wouldn’t go back. Also you can’t just walk into the buffet you need to do a line and wait to be seated, which made me not feel like a star at all lol. I think the beach area is horrible, the chairs at the beach are so away from the bar and they are in pretty bad condition (dirty and old) tbh we only stayed at the pool. Getting to the beach is not very accessible either. I think they should offer a few more chairs at the pool area that are better looking and comfortable (like other resorts in other restaurants) without having to pay extra or being exclusive members. There’s not hot jacuzzi the spa one was normal temperature which was disappointing Streaming apps didn’t work in our tv so be aware of that too. There’s nothing to do after 1 am either, the only bar they have mostly play American music and then some latin but they close early and after that is just staying at the lobby or go to the room. As a Costa Rican, for a similar price there are better resorts, with nicer beaches and facilities.

The property was very nice. It was a lovely stay and experience. They had just enough entertainment. the staff were friendly and welcoming, which is always nice. The food was good, there were lots of options from burgers, steak and sushi, etc. one of the best highlights were the views of the beach water from the resort (ps lots of hills, but they also had transportation carts that drove you around) me and my partner enjoyed our stay. Con: only one breakfast option unless you were a blue star member. and rooms could have been a bit colder as the weather was extremely hot. Other than that everything was great :) I recommend for couples and families.

My husband and I chose this resort to stay and celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. When we saw the pictures online the resort looked beautiful with lots of dining options and we we’re excited to travel to somewhere new as we had never been to Costa Rica before. When we got there we were amazed and thought the resort was even more beautiful in person. The resort is unique because it’s on a mountain and there is a lot of walking so going uphill can be a challenge. That would be my only con about the resort; however, my husband and I really enjoyed the uphill walks especially in the morning after breakfast because we were able to get some exercise after our meal. Plus there is always golf carts available to take you from place to place so you don’t have to walk if you don’t want to. We also really enjoyed all of the entertainment at the resort including the pool activities throughout the day and the nightly shows. After the show we would go to the sports bar and we enjoyed listening to karaoke and dancing. The sports bar is open til 1 am so there is always something to do there! The food is also very good and all of the staff are so nice and welcoming! Our favourite restaurant was the Tex Max Mexican restaurant because the chicken fajitas were amazing. Overall this was a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is interested! We will definitely be coming back some day.

I booked through ******* rather than direct because the resort credit was higher. I confirmed directly through the resort that I could use our resort credit at the spa. When we arrived, I learned that the “resort credit” was actually coupons/vouchers for discounts on specific upgrades if you wanted to spend more money. False advertising! Our stay was good but I would not stay here again or recommend this property. Rooms were nice, although I booked a two-queen room and got a king room. Wifi was iffy at times. The food and staff would have been acceptable if we had not already toured the country and experienced excellent food and much nicer, more welcoming people outside of this resort. We kept this as a “treat” for the end of our vacation but should have stuck to a smaller hotel or resort on the beach. Next time!

This was one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at in my entire life . The food and drinks were amazing, the staff really made you feel like a STAR. The activities at the pool were fun, especially the foam party. I literally did not want to leave the resort . I had the chance to get a facial and full body massage , it was the best massage , I ever had . I also had the hydrotherapy pool to myself, which was Amazing . The music and karaoke at night was so fun and the shows were great aswell. The only con I would say is the bars open at 10am ,I am an early drinker on vacation and wished I was able to get a cocktail Atleast at 9:00. Also the only restaurant I did not like was the Hibachi, the rice taste burnt and the food was over seasoned . Besides those two things everything else was Amazing . Shout out to Paula at the Lobby Bar and Jeason at the pool bar . They were my favorite bartenders .
