It was clean but door at north end of building didnt lock at night and alot of areas were dark( lights either off or not working..

The property was nice. Rooms were clean. Easy check in and out. Friendly staff. Although the pool was an indoor pool the water was pretty cold. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

I was greeted and welcomed immediately as I entered the property. The young man was very professional but kind and personal as well. Check in was completed quickly. My room was very clean and comfortable. Very quite rooms. I never heard any noice or disturbance anywhere on the property. I slept very well in the king bed. I had all the amenities I needed. Appreciate they had a closet to hang my clothes, fridge and microwave. Fresh towels, etc were replenished daily without asking. It's a short drive to restaurants, shopping and downtown Lexington but I enjoyed that the area was not so congested. I had time to start my day at a slower pace. It took about 10 minutes to be in the town areas. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Surprised at the upscale amenities and architecture of this facility considering the low price. Could not have been more pleased.

Great Customer Service, staff was quite friendly and professional. Hotel is clean and nicely decorated for the holidays 🎄

My stay here was great. The person who checked me in last night was pleasant and friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We signed up for a king bed but were given 2 queens. The tub has a steady stream of water—not just a drip. There is a stale odor to the building. Obviously water damage in the room.

The room was not clean, the curtains did not close on the window. The water dripped from the faucet in the bathroom continuously. The bathtub was dirty. I was very disappointed in this place and will not be back.

Great. The counter person was very nice and helped with getting us into a great room. It looked exactly like the add in the internet.
