The property is extremely close to University of Kentucky. Staff was friendly. Parking was an issue late at night but this was due to move in times for University of Kentucky and trailers taking extra spots. Kitchen area in room was not very clean and there was mold in the coffee pot due to water left in there and looks like coffee maker exploded. Overall good stay woukd stay again.

From check in to check out, it was a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and fast to meet our every need. The hotel is very clean and located in a safe area. Parking was easy and free. Our suite was perfect for myself and my three teens to stay comfortably for four nights. If we return to Lexington- this is for sure where we will stay again.

My 12 year old and I stayed here for a week long basketball camp. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and tidy. The parking was plentiful and well lit. Breakfast was easy and fast. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space. Thanks for a great stay!!!

We were staying for a wedding. Alexis and front desk staff were exceptional. Anything we could've possibly needed was accommodated. Rooms were ready a little early, super clean. Breakfast was delicious.

The first room we received smelt of cigarettes even though a non smoking room. They were going to offer us another room guests got moved from because windows wouldn’t lock but it was clear they had used the restroom with toilet paper still in toilet and towels used. Finally gave us a double Queen bed room (originally had a king bed with pullout). Still needed the pull out but the pullout in new room looked like it had a big stain/poop if some sort and no sheets available in room anyways not that we would have used it. It was 10pm or I would have searched for another place. We were charged $260+ for this and I’m very unsatisfied. I’ve stayed many places but will never stay here again.

the good: it was like very clean. It's convientally located behind cookout. The parking lot felt safe and the pool stay open til 11. the bad: the staff/housekeepng hours were unclear and unhelpful. We could not replensih room items due to lack of guidance and transparency. Don't expect any photo-worthly pictures in the lobby/cafeteria...goodness. Ugly: wow...the breakfast could use some major work. 90 mintues into the breakfast and nearly all the food was gone. They offered ONLY eggs, muffins, cold cereal, oatmeal and bruised fruit. There weren't any extras that made it feel like home: no face mirror in the bathroom, bed was incredibly stiff and hard to sleep on, etc. I would rate it a 2.5, mostly because of location, safety and cleanliness.

The only complaint we had was that the TV gave off a loud buzzing noise and it was impossible to watch. Called the front desk, came and looked at it and basically said there was nothing he could do and offered us a small cup of ice cream as compensation. Ok, but...
