舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Lethbridge)

Fast, easy check in. Clean room and a quality breakfast fir a reasonable price.

We checked in, and when we got to our room is smelled so bad of cigarettes. Worse than a donut shop in the 1980’s. Walked back to the front desk asking for another room. She insisted that it’s not possible to smell like cigarettes, as it’s a fully smoke free hotel. She offered to spray an air freshener in the room, which would only make it worse. We unfortunately had to leave and find another hotel to stay in. We had been travelling for 12 hours, and we’re very tired at this point. We travel a lot, and this was a first. Very bad customer service, no attempt at resolving this and helping us get another room. Hotel was dark and dirty throughout, but the room was so gross it took the cake. I definitely would not advise taking a chance at this. We ended up at Super 8 a few miles away, which was around the same price, and is bright and clean, lovely staff that make you feel welcome. That’s what the hospitality industry is all about.

Found dirty Kleenex in granddaughters bed. Hot tub had disgusting slime around edges, pool cold. Breakfast: The eggs always had hard edges, never saw the creamers in bowl with warm ice pack, put in cooler. Would not ever go back there or recommend it.

Our family spent three nights at the hotel. We were very pleased with the room and the amenities offered. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after a long day’s drive.

Paper thin walls, bedding was very questionable. One very thin “duvet” that was ripped apart at all 4 corners in no duvet cover, just sandwiched between 2 sheets. Hotel seemed clean, offered complimentary continental breakfast (we did not try). Pool was closed.

Light burned out in our room, bathroom fan made a horrific noise and couldn’t be turned on which means that the brighter lights also couldn’t be turned on. The deadbolt for the main room was broken so our door security was dependant on the bar.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Front end staff not overly friendly, talking on phone and ignored us when we came in. Only asked of ID, no greeting...nothing

This was one of the few properties with adjoining rooms, which is very helpful with a bigger family, and the continental breakfast included waffles, eggs and sausages along with the more typical cereal/ toast type options
