Good place for visit Alba or Business Trip in Ferrero

Siamo stati il 21 gennaio 2024 con nostro figlio per un wekend camere pulite personale alla reception e cameriera al ristorante molto gentili ..parcheggio coperto molto comodo .. molto buono e suggestivo il ristorante panoramico .. consigliata la faraona arrosto 👍 ottimo per famiglie

Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione della Fiera del Tartufo. La struttura si presenta molto bene, locali ampi e puliti, personale disponibile e cortese e colazione ottima con molta varietà di prodotti. La vicinanza dal centro (5 minuti a piedi) è perfetta per chi vuole visitare la città, considerando che si può lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio sotterraneo dell'hotel ed il prezzo è compreso nel costo camera. Ottima soluzione e complimenti!

Siamo gia’ stati in questo hotel 3 anni fa e onestamente l’ho trovato peggiorato. A partire dalla stanza molto spoglia senza un tavolino o poltroncina. Inoltre la pulizia piuttosto scarsa, c’era polvere sul pavimento ed il giorno dopo stessi gomitoli di polvere negli stessi punti. La colazione dei dolci deludente, tutto confezionato a parte i croissants, per il salato un po’ meglio. Andrebbe bene se fosse stato un tre stelle o con un prezzo all’altezza, ma abbiamo pagato euro 200 a notte!!! Assurdo! Ok la posizione comoda per visitare Alba ma non giustificabile per quanto pagato.

The hotel is located very close to the old city center, you can everywhere within 15 minutes walking. It's 12 minutes to the train station and a bus runs directly in front of the hotel. The hotel itself however would be more fairly rated as a 3-star international category. The rooms were clean, but bare, the beds very hard. There was no minibar or even a bottle of water in the room, no coffee nor tee. The view is to the bus carpark and a factory. The elevators lurch, in the gym half the machines were out of order, the ones that did work were about 20 years old. The breakfast was acceptable once, the next day we went out for breakfast, as it was the bare minimum and the coffee from the machine was not good.

Pretty hotel in prime location for Alba town centre. Staff were all lovely and really helpful. Food in restaurant was excellent and view from restaurant was gorgeous. Good selection for breakfast. Room was spacious and they had made sure everything was accessible for me as I am a wheelchair user. Only downside was it was a little noisy at night.

We recently spent 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. Situated just outside the old town of Alba (which is stunning) we were part of a UK group on a wine tour of Piedmont. The hotel is modern and bright if a bit corporate in design - the rooms were last refurbished in 2013. Our room on the top floor was at the front of the hotel which overlooks the ring road though we did not feel disturbed at night. Spacious with a sitting area, king size bed and walk in shower. Breakfast was buffet style and there is lots of choice which set us up for the day. We did not try the restaurant though people on our trip enjoyed it. What made it for us was the staff - we interacted with reception and at breakfast and they were all welcoming and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Nous venons d'y passer quatre nuits et nous en sommes partis satisfait de notre choix Chambre spacieuse et très bien insonorisées. Petit bémol : le linge de salle de bain au toucher très rugueux. Pour le petit déjeuner c'est le top. Rien ne manque. Le restaurant est exceptionnel par sa salle panoramique et la disposition large des tables. Service au top. Cependant le choix du menu à 28 € impose des. Spaghetti... Un pocco va bene...

Hotel da riammodernare nel design ma comunque funzionale per una notte di passaggio in zona, e soprattutto decisamente pulito. Colazione buona, con personale molto cortese a servire alcuni piatti preparati al momento. Unica cosa: decisamente alto il prezzo nel periodo della fiera del tartufo, non commisurato ai servizi offerti.
