Make sure you check your dates before booking, I did not realized the dates changed on me until it went through. I called within a minute of booking and the general manager refused to help me. If they changed my dates I’d have to pay double. The lady who answered the phone was very sweet though! She even told me the general manager should be able to help me since it had just happened but that was not the case. She didn’t even speak to me personally. Very unprofessional.

While I wanted to really like this place, I just couldn't. There was a long wait to even check in since they didn't have enough staff and the one person there had to leave the desk to take care of someone. The room is spacious, but there were stains on the entire bottom of the curtains, stains on the cloth headboard (really? Who would put a cloth headboard somewhere where hundreds of people use it?), stains on the tub/shower floor and a wall that was not finished out. The food in the free breakfast was terrible too. I recommend sticking to the coffee and little muffins. Those were ok. Try harder Marriott!!

The door lock was broken. It did not open. It was completely stuck. The rooms were stained in multiple areas. Something that was unique was the fact that the shower and the toilet were separate in two different sections/rooms.

My check in process was terrible..simple snd plain...i was told 117.00 and i said no 105.00 i have my reservation...i was told thats third party i have to check with them because she was charging 117.00...i then asked even if i have my reservation right here and it says 105.00...i was told if you are saying the price is wrong then i wont check you in and you and leave but we will still get paid because it is to late to cancel. so i had no choice but to say charge it as it is and i will call *******..this is where race plays a part 2 customers before me where white she was super nice no problem...4 customers behind me where white dont know how they were treated but she was SUPER CRUDE TO ME PERIOD!!

A/C blew hot air drying the night and next day. Carpet was wet from A/C leaking . Tried to get another room but they were booked . Not a great experience for my family for 2 nights .

Been coming for years to this hotel. Our daughter was a student at FSU. Now our sons will be there too. Sadly, the rooms are just run down and dirty. Sofa bed had stains on the mattress. Couldn’t sleep there, so we left the sofa in tact, dressed it with the linens that we requested because they weren’t in the room. Had to request towels- 3 per room is not enough for 4 guests, which was clearly indicated on the reservation. I spilled some water on the rug and when I went to dry it with a used towel, the towel was grey from the filthy rug. The white comforter was dingy & stained . 1 make up wipe and a bar of soap were the only toiletries. 1 waste basket in the bathroom, none in the room or the living/ desk area. Parking is very limited. We had to use an adjacent lot that belonged to a business office at 9:00 PM. Breakfast was good. The front desk staff was great:) In my opinion, a mid range Marriott hotel room that is costing close to $250 a night should look and feel much better than this.

El lugar es limpio. Lo que me desagrado mucho fue que hice una reservacion con suficiente tiempo de un cuarto con 2 camas y al llegar me lo cambiaron a un cuarto de una sola cama. Esto cambio la comodidad que ibamos a tener mi familia y yo. Me molesto mucho ese cambio.

Excelente hotel. Quarto confortável, atendimento ótimo. Café da manhã Ok (mas atendeu super bem). Boa localização também.
