The room was clean and good location Quiet place

Close to train station. Wouldn’t let me check in 30min early unless I paid £20 🤦🏾‍♀️🤣. Was clean and friendly staff.

Very convenient as it’s right in China town. Easy walk to bullring/Arcadian. Ideal for me, visiting for the night.

Took a long time to check in room not ready. Had to walk up stairs from car park area the lift did not appear to be working on call. The bed was very hard lumpy and uncomfortable. It seems that the shower/washroom unit is leaking around its perimeter as the carpets by the shower door and near the bed were very wet underfoot. The washroom had a distinct smell of drains. All in all a very poor experience unlikely to book Ibis in the future.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room fine, basic but adequate. Good hot shower. Excellent breakfast. Only downside really is the constant traffic noise. During the night there were these rhythmic bangs which I can only presume was the plumbing, but it was load and went on for a minute or so.

The size was very reasonable and very clean. Staff were very helpful and sorted all the parking problems and breakfast had many options served from 6am. I would highly recommend this Ibis

Great location by the train station, just at the edge of the city centre. Very walkable for all of the places you need to get to in Leicester centre. The hotel rooms are getting a little tired, but are perfectly adequate for a short stay and the beds are sound and comfort. The bar area is nicely furnished and the staff are pleasant and friendly.

Clean , comfortable beds , staff very helpful , polite . Good choice at breakfast. Close to train station and city centre. Enjoyable stay ,will stay again when visiting Leicester .
