Room was clean. Bathroom was dated with chipped paint. Our room overlooked the atrium. Elevator access only to level 2. If room is odd numbered you will have to take your bags up/down a short flight of stairs- no baggage trolley. Restaurant serves a great selection for breakfast at economical rates. 24 hour tea/coffee in lobby.

Hello, Prior to coming for the night, I read reviews from previous patrons. As you can see in the comments the reviews are not favourable. We went anyways and well we should have listened. The play area is adequate but if you came on a busy weekend you would be climbing over each other. The pool area is sad as the slides are not open and the pool is not warm. There was a considerable leak coming from the ceiling which left the carpet in the play area soaked. There was no buckets to catch the water just soaking carpets. I would like to know how much mold is growing from previous wet days. If you are a home owner it’s better to keep your money and put it into something at home. This was a waste of 220 $. Don’t go it’s a waste of money.

Easy access to the National Park and we were able to story our bicycles in the room as we had a ground-floor room with patio door access to the parking lot. Comfortable and roomy, good fridge and friendly staff.

Really disappointed. I felt as if the staff didn’t want us at the hotel, as if we were an inconvenience.

Rooms were clean, almost all arcade games were out of order, play equipment was dirty, water slides not working (knew this before hand), roof was leaking due to rain, restaurant inside was okay but service took almost 2 hours after ordering

The staff make this hotel such a pleasure to stay at. They're friendly, extremely accommodating and serve with a big smile on their faces!

The weather was terrible and the hydro was out at the hotel for part of day during our stay. The staff were all accommodating and lovely. Apologizing for the inconvenience even though it wasn’t their fault you can’t control Mother Nature.They provided us with options and a discount if we chose to stay. Which we did and the power did come back on. Rooms were nice and clean. Extremely family friendly. Our kids loved all the play equipment, and activities in the atrium and they loved the pool. It was a bit cold in the pool room but the water was warm and my kids loved it and are asking when we can go back again. Thank you for the lovely weekend Best Western!

We always enjoy staying here! There is a huge play area, small arcade, and a beautiful pool with small/medium slides. The hotel staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The area has great shops and restaurants too. It is better to go when it is warmer, if possible as there are beaches and nature to enjoy as well.

The perfect escape for families. Lots of activities for kids and adults to enjoy. Dining on site was delicious and very reasonably priced. We will be back!
