This place was awesome. The layout is well-thought out and makes the best of the space, I felt like 1-2 more people could have stayed with me without it feeling too crowded. Instead I had the place to myself and it felt wicked spacious. Host was great and I will definitely look back into this place next time I head out west.

Property was great the only bad thing was i payed for late check out they took the money out of my account and then told me I had to be out by 10am

Is warm and welcoming and it was my first time staying at a tiny home and it was really enjoyable

This tiny house had the best layout of the many we've visited in Leadville. It was a little rundown in the interior with some staining on the couch cushions and other mostly aesthetic issues. The lofts can only be accessed by ladder - no stairs - so keep that in mind if you don't like climbing. Our biggest complaint was that we couldn't figure out how to adjust the heat so we spent the first night hot and stuffy before we learned the right combination of windows to open to allow some airflow. I hate that there is no recycling, but I get that this is not a service that Leadville provides.

Lost power in the morning. Not restored quickly. Had to throw out breakfast and leave without feeding my kid

Great location! The house actually felt bigger than I would have thought. I would bring a small table (depending on what one they assign you) that would have been great for some games. Also, I would bring a snow shovel in the winter. The parking space was shoveled, but only enough to get the car in, so getting in and out of the car in the snow was tough without having to do a little more shoveling.

Very nice tiny home. First time staying. I came during the winter storm and the drive way was not plowed so i got stuck (all wheel drive) in the snow. Overall good place to stay.

The tiny home was as expected, but unfortunately the heater was not up to the winter weather. The ground floor was very cold and I had to wear a few layers of clothes. The sleeping loft was fine as the heat rises.
