Apartment of 53 m2 on the ground floor with flowered garden of 140m2 not overlooked and 2 terraces of 50m2 with 180 degree sea view. Bright, renovated, quality service, 2 beds 160 (memory). Equipped kitchen. Quiet and residential area. Private and secure parking space. Shops, markets and numerous activities nearby: leave the car, go on foot or by bike.
Wireless. A book of good addresses at your disposal: restaurant, attractions... One of the most beautiful beaches in France: Espiguette. Beautiful towns to visit: Montpellier, Sète, Aigues Mortes... A friendly neighborhood: two grannies always ready to give you information! A successful vacation guaranteed!
Some additional information but you can contact me easily during your stay. This quality apartment has the sunrise side on the bedroom side and the sunset side on the living room side. You will not suffer from the heat because it is equipped with latest generation fans which are therefore silent and the apartment is located north-north with recent insulation. If you like to cook, plenty of equipment at your disposal. You have enough to clean your apartment. If you prefer a cleaning lady, just let me know during our first telephone contact, as well as the rental of sheets and towels.
We lend our bikes but I should point out that they are not electric.
Our Le Foc residence is very pleasant to live in because there is no noise (no road) and the number of residents is small.
Our apartment is one of the most beautiful Port Camargue apartments according to real estate agents.
