勞倫斯堡希爾頓逸林飯店(DoubleTree by Hilton Lawrenceburg)

This was a really nice Double tree with amazing views of the Ohio River and a short walk to great restaurants, bars, and the Hollywood ******. The only reason I didn’t rate it higher, was Double Tree had a state wide computer outage. They couldn’t check n on time and print room keys for several days. Any time you wanted in your room you need someone from the front desk to key you into your room. While inconvenient they were super friendly.

Had to write my credit card number on a piece of paper which makes me feel very insecure about my information and there’s no room keys. Someone has to walk us to our room.

The staff were amazing and so sweet! They always greeted us and held conversations and gave great recommendations and feedback. Rooms were cozy and clean. We have already booked our next trip.

The lady at the front desk gave us a hard time with checking in due to not having a confirmation number. We had the itinerary number and ID but still wasn’t good enough. Very short with us

It was great. On weekends they only have a 17.00 Buffet for breakfast. It was terrible. They should have at least a breakfast sandwich at the Starbucks there. That buffet was worth maybe 6.00. It was cold, and the taste was blah. The yogurt with berries was filled with water. Biscuit and gravy was just ok

our stay was a 4, the tile in our room was dirty :( BUT the staff at the bar was fantastic and the food was good too!

This hotel had the best location within the city and right on the river. The views were wonderful. Check in was very easy but there was a lot of traffic within the hotel because of a hunting expo. The room itself was good, other than a few items: the vents in the bathroom were notably dusty and the glass shower doors were not very clean. The pillows did have hair on them when we pulled back the sheets. The food at the restaurant within the hotel was a 10/10, it was wonderful. The service however, was not.

The suite that we rented was very spacious and provided what we needed for a short stay. However, the bathrooms were not very clean upon arrival, we didn’t have an sheets or a comforter for the sofa bed, and when we called the front desk to ask for some, they never brought them. We ended up having to go to a local store and to buy larger blankets of our own for our stay. Our room refrigerator was also missing a knob and was visibly dirty upon arrival.

The hotel was awesome. The view, the surrounding area, and had a parking garage that was free right across the street.
