Very quiet and modest, will definitely be back.

Everything was great and they allowed me to check in a little early. Beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. No loud noises at night so slept great. I would definitely be staying there again when I come.

It wasn't bad we had a nice time was comfortable except both mornings that we were there the housekeeper came right at around 11:06 and knocked on the door and woke us up and I wasn't supposed to check out until noon the next day and when I open the door on our last day to go put some stuff in the car and it was like 10 minutes till 11:00 both housekeepers a man and a woman had all their stuff sitting right in front of my door the Broom the mop leaning up against the door side and they were sitting on the floor on their phones did not appreciate them being outside of my door like that I felt rushed the woman was very rude like she just wanted me to hurry up and leave but I wasn't supposed to check out till noon it was in writing the front desk gave me permission. I didn't think they should be right outside of my door like that it was invasion of privacy don't tell me they didn't have nothing else to clean because in a place like that there's always something to clean and sanitize I know I have been cleaning houses for 47 years.

The front desk is friendly but the hotel itself is dated. Plus the lamp shades in our room were stained as well as the comforter on the bed.

Gross, loud and terribly uncomfortable. They gave us a room that was right next to the elevator and an ice machine which was being used by loud guests all night long. The beds would very uncomfortable and the carpets were dirty and gross. To top it off, it was way over priced. We needed a room for the night as we were in town visiting family and for the amount we paid, 170 for one night, it was severely disappointing!!! This was more like a gross motel room with lots of loud guests, some of whom seemed like they lived there long term. We will not be staying here ever again

Only complaint is the bed was kinda stiff. Other than that great room. Front desk was cool too

The electronic keys did not work. This minor detail RUINED THE TRIP!!! Every time, and I do mean EVERY TIME we left the room, the key would NOT allow us back in the room. We had to return to the front desk and get the clerk to reprogram our keys EVERY TIME!!! We we’re not the only one with this problem.

It was a great stay! The pool could use a change of water

Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was free, hot and well maintained. The parking area was not cleared of ice and snow sufficiently to make walking easy. There was no place to park safely for someone using a cane due to the ice, including the handicap parking spaces. During my stay I fell in the parking lot trying to get from my car to the side door of the hotel.
