Definitely not a 8.4 hotel. Chair in room too dirty to even sit on. Walls filthy, need to be cleaned or painted.

I stay overnight in hotels about 90 nights per year and have NEVER stayed in a room that gets this much road noise from the interstate. At times it sounded like cars were about to run through the middle of the room. If you stay get an odd numbered room and not an even numbered room that faces the interstate. Employees are all very friendly and the hotel is clean, the beds comfortable and the water pressure and temperature great. The hotel is starting to show a bit of wear and tear in the common areas. Definitely needs new sound resistant windows on the back side.

Quick stay overnight because of road conditions, i stayed closer to my work. Staff was friendly and helpful

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was great compared to other hotels in the area.

I will not be staying here again…in fact, we left a day early. On our first night there, we received a call in our room at 12:20AM asking if we’d be checking in…. I informed the desk clerk that I was checked in and in my room- she said, oh, looks like maybe we have 2 reservations in your name (?) our toilet did not flush and we asked maintenance and he handed us a plunger and walked away. We brought this up to the manager and she said he would send maintenance up to our room during the day…we agreed but we’re out of the room. Upon our return at approximately 9PM, we found the radio blaring in our room and the toilet still needing to be flushed twice every time it was used. The hot tub was not working and was filthy. Am angry I paid for this room. We only stayed because it was close to our son’s house and made visiting with him easy. We onl y slept in the room- it was clean.

Great place to stay overnight on road trip. Clean, nice people, comfortable, good location. Our second visit, happy again.

Nice room, clean well presented, cable tv is not good on weekend, has no local channels for weather of nfl viewing.

This property is extremely outdated, not very clean and the room was inconveniently laid out. You enter the room through the bathroom. The sink and mirror are right there at the door and the toilet and shower are directly across in a very small space. There were some blatantly obvious things that simply were not clean. The headboard above the bed has some sort of splatter on it and you see it right away. I have no idea how ******* gave this an excellent rating but it is far from that. If we had been scheduled for more than one night we would have cancelled.

I stayed there for 2 days, for a funeral. When I checked out, I was in a hurry to get things together and leave to get back home. When I arrived home, I realized I left my Apple iWatch in the room. I called once, advised why I was calling. Was put on hold for 12 minutes. Hung up, called back. Someone answered and said "please hold".... was on hold another 10 minutes (they had no idea who I was or what I needed). Hung up. Called back and the phone rang so long it went straight to a disconnect. The 4th time I called, someone answered and I said "I'm trying to find out about my Apple watch that I left in my room and my "find my" on my phone says it is still in that hotel"...the lady says "Ma'am I just started working at 3 and I've been off for 2 days, we've looked and can't find your watch. You do what you need to do"...said that a few times and hung up on me. What kind of service is that when I have something telling me my watch is STILL THERE????? Do not hang up on your paying customers that can write reviews on your service. She just signed in at 3 PM on 12/28/2023. Not a customer service trained person working in a customer service environment at all...go somewhere else....
