Comfortable hotel, spacious room (verge king). Comes with free parking for guests; there is a guest laundry room ($5 for washing, $5 for drying), which are really convenient. Friendly staff with good service. Will recommend this!!

Stayed at The Verge as a night's stop on our trip and we loved it! Perfectly clean and spacious room with a sleek interior. Within walking distance of good restaurants and supermarkets too. Highly recommended!

Everything is very good here.
Staffs are very nice.

Black and dark interior with high cement ceiling was uninviting. Difficult to find light switches. Only 1 towel each! Room and bathroom both freezing cold. We were not able to adjust control to try and heat

Complimenting front counter staff Ms. Natalie, she is very helpful and attentive to our queries. She is also caring to our needs. I was having sore throat and checking with her on pharmacy store. Immediately she searched and advised us. The stay is very pleasant and clean. On site limited parking but public parking is just next to the hotel so it’s very convenient.

Stayed two nights, the second night a group of people came back at 1:30pm and were screaming down the hallway and slamming doors, talking loudly. This carried on until 4pm. I rang reception at 2pm to complain but nothing was done. I mentioned it to reception in the morning and all they did was offer an apology. This is pretty poor service. It’s not the property’s fault, however after raising the issue with them they did nothing
