拉芙琳河流小屋(Laughlin River Lodge)

Rooms were not like the picture on the website. Also descriptions on what the room was suppose to have a microwave or coffee and fridge was not in room also had a very old tv that couldn’t connect to for game consoles. House keeping never came once when requested. No working elevators . Elevators got stuck with people in there. No ice machine so only allowed 1 bag per room?! Complained to front desk and they blamed trip.com for false advertising?

good parking

First off i was charged extra upon arrival and they didnt tell me were it was coming from. Then when i asked for a receipt they said they wouldn't give me one. Then there was mold in the fan for the AC. Then the bed fram was super dusty. The floor in the bathroom was not clean. The ice machine was not working in the hall way. They had sign that they gave ice and would only give u 1 small tiny bag. No refrigerators. All of nosey ppl running down the hall at night. And guess what when i went to check out another lady i couldn't get a receipt like what are they trying to hide worse service every!!!!!!!!

I got charged an extra $300 at this property with no explanation. Im still waiting for a supervisor to call me. Didnt receive any paperwork upon checking in or out. I did upgrade to river view and that was 15 dollars per night. That got me a room without working ac and no iorn, fridge or micowave as posted in the pics. I wouldnt stay here again.

No fridge, no ice in ice machine it was broken, no ice bucket, only 3 tiny pillows for two of us, called front desk and did get fridge and ice. The ****** was great, and the gift shop is awesome.

1. No Valet parking. 2. Handicap parking in structure about 100 yards away. 3. Closed beach during rainstorm without regard to the guests who paid hundreds of dollars for jet ski rentals. Other beaches at adjacent hotels remained open. They reopened about an hour later.

Property and furnishings are outdated. My room had an old box TV that got 11 channels with 7 being all news. Rooms smelled. Windows are so dirty you can't see out very well. I have stayed here a few times before. It just seems like it's going downhill.

6/4/23 stayed with the family, 2 queens. I got about 20 bed bug bites. The ice machines haven't worked in 2 yrs. There are only 2 out of 6 elevators working for about 2 yrs now. No emmitities in the room. TV was busted. They took out all the fun games, and have nothing but slots now. Its gone down hill big alot. Not going back
