Nice place with restaurant next door. Very convenient and easy to find. Very polite staff and easy check in experience. Staff interaction was phenomenal.

Canceled. When I entered my room, it was still occupied. I canceled this reservation for a refund. I called ******* customer service. I waiting for the refund. I booked a different *******s property.

I decided to stay here twice on my drive back home because I liked it and it was affordable. Friendly staff and solid breakfast- fantastic for the price.

The front desk staff is fantastic. The hotel has the trim level of a college dorm. Rooms are just a room. Very small. Tile floors. Noisy. Pillows are terrible. It got the job done, but I doubt I would pick this hotel brand again.

This hotel is one of our favorite places to stay on our way to Orange Beach, Alabama. Room is always very clean, front desk workers are awesome and very friendly. Patio with fireplace is nice. Breakfast is always wonderful and lots of choices.

Over all the hotel was good. Just a couple of things annoyed us - the sheets did not fit the bed, corners kept slipping off, and the toilet seat was lose .

We had to switch rooms because none of the lights worked in our room, then in the new room the sheets were dirty, 4 people in one room but only gave us 2 towels (2 queen bed) and when we were going down to the lobby to check out someone had threw up (or something worse) in the elevator and no one bothered to clean it up they just put a wet floor sign next to it. After all that we chose to skip breakfast. We had never stay at a Tru hotel before and the a**osphere seemed nice but this location kinda ruied any furture stay at a Tru for us.

The stay here was pleasant however the only thing I had a problem with was the noise. It seems as though the hotel wasn't built with sound proof material. You can hear people in the hallway clearly from your room, I was on the third floor and all night I could hear the people above me walking around. Didn't get much sleep because of that.
