Our stay here was definitely not optimal. To name a few things the hot water in the showers was non existent, the pool was full of garbage, the hot tub was freezing and apparently has been broken for 2 years, our tv froze up the first night and didn’t ever start working again and when we called room service they never answered.

We have stayed here before and had no issues. This time the bathtub was not clean and someone's left over body hair was all over. The bed didn't even have a fitted sheet so the sides of the mattress were exposed. There was hair on top of the toilet as well. Someone also stole the fog light cover off my car. Not the greatest stay. We will stay somewhere else next time. Especially after paying over 400 for 2 nights.

First, the hotel clerk that checked us in was very kind and let us check in a few hours early (we were so grateful because we had to get changed and go directly to a formal wedding). The location of the hotel was also very convenient close to our events. The breakfast in the morning was decent for sure. However, this is where the compliments stop...there were black hairs on and in the bathtub, dirty fingerprints and smudges on the inside of the bathroom door that we scrubbed off with one of the washcloths,, the beds were so hard and uncomfortable than we tossed and turned both nights with poor sleep, there were tons of teenage kids being very loud at the pool on Friday night, and the spa was not working dhriour visit (I specifically chose a hotel with a hot tub because of my husbands previous broken back). When you spend 200 bucks plus per night and have these issues, plus watch *********s and ************ taking place in the parking lot, it doesn't lend itself to a favorable stay. Unfortunately, we will never use this location again..

I've stayed at this property probably 15 times in the last decade. This was by far the worst it's ever been. For days, the breakfast was "out" of multiple items. The elevator was broken my entire stay, the AC didn't work in the gym, the wifi was so bad that I couldn't even do basic work transactions. The back door key card was inactivated, meaning anyone could come and go. And the property was not clean at all.

Our room, while relatively clean was in poor condtion. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly, the bed spreads were stained, there was a large rust hole in the tub, exterior areas just looked shabby, not maintained, a bottle of windex would work wonders. The hall carpet was stained badly. The inside of the bathroom door needed paint, or maybe just a new door completely. I cannot recommend this property to anyone for the price. Too much to list but here’s the run down. 1) Jolted awake at 1am with fire alarm that ran for 53 minutes. 2) floors, windows in common areas filthy. 3) pool area had no clean towels and dirty towels all over the pool area. 4) pool restroom DISGUSTING, I would expect something like this in outhouse in rural America! Beds were comfortable but with the other obvious cleaning and sanitation issues, I was freaked out about bed bugs or even if the sheets were actually clean.

Property was in a convienent area. Front Desk Staff was nice. The bathroom in our room was old and dirty The bathtub appeared to be scraped or damaged. The toilet seat did not fit properly Outside the rear door was not kept up and the keyed entry was broken so there was no security

The beds were not comfortable at all, my entire body was hurting towards the end of my stay (5 nights) I even have to take medicine for the pain. Elevator and hot tub wasn’t working, carpet on all.floors was very dirty. Overall this hotel can really use much more maintenance.
