Although the property is updated and comfortable, we did not like the check in or the $50 resort fee: the room cost at the hotel was $30 higher than advertised on the internet, and there was no reduction for AARP. Also we were required to put a $50 resort charge on our account, when there was nothing at this hotel in Las Vegas, NM that we could purchase with that charge. Since the charge was still on my card for 4 days after returning home, i have called to have it removed, but it is still on my credit card statement. Watch out!

I will never stay at another IHG property. I choose my hotels by their pool amenities, and when I was booking my reservation there was no mention that the pool was only for women and children as I was told after I tried to get into the pool area after checking in.

It would have been nice to know at booking that the whole town was under water restrictions/drought and did not have a swimming pool or hot tub. We would have opted for a different town.

The room was dirty and smelled dirty. The floor was dirty, it had not been mopped. We had to wipe the bathroom counter and the hard surfaces in the room. Any COVID protocols were not followed in terms of cleanness.

Customer service could use some retraining. In the least some respect!

Bathroom was not so clean. AC set to 68 and it was still extremely hot. Bed had a huge hole/warn spot, so not comfortable. Room was definitely cleaner than halls and elevator.

The hotel clerk was new and we ended up getting charged twice for our one night stay. The morning attendant said we would be refunded. Hopefully, I will see that on my credit card.

They didn’t have a room when we arrived. Never checked in. They say pet friendly but don’t mention they only have six pet friendly rooms .
