拉斯帕爾馬斯El Polvorín Corner Park附近住宿

基本的酒店,便宜,有點陳舊,但我所需要的只是在我丈夫住院時睡覺的地方。很乾淨,浴室被馬桶座圈弄壞了,坐上去時突然移動。相當吵鬧,但市中心,所以它與領土一起。工作人員很友好,但相當隨意。我的主要問題是我最初預訂了一晚,因爲我有一間附屬於醫院的房間,但我不知道什麼時候可以給我。我用我有點破西班牙語解釋了情況,在酒店又提供了幾晚,我同意再住一晚,併爲此付出代價。然而幾個小時後(和酒店退房時間後幾個小時)我被醫院聯繫並提供了房間,這對我來說是完美的。我告訴瓦倫西亞酒店發生了什麼,我會立即退房。我本來希望退款,或者至少部分退款,因爲我沒有住第二晚,雖然那天早上房間已經服務了(仍然有地獄的馬桶座!)但是不,沒有退款作爲善意的標誌,只是隨意的再見。我意識到技術上他們有權保留我的付款,但我很失望,因爲他們沒有放棄我的賬單,因爲我的壓力很大。對他們的態度非常失望。

Good for the price, close to the sea, Las Canteras, restaurants, some shops. Rooms are basic, small bed, good kitchen, nice staff. Street is not something special. Quite big rooms. Nice to have a balcony. Would recommend for a couple day stay.

My partner and I stayed here for a week at the end of February for my birthday. The hotel did not advertise that they would be shutting down the rooftop bar when the carnival was taking place . Not only were we kept up each night carnival was on due to people partying and loud music we couldn’t even access a drink. No bar facilities were provided . Very disappointing when you are there for your holidays . I have given the hotel two stars , this is for the staff who couldn’t of been kinder , however management have let them selfs down by closing facilities for private functions and taking hotel bookings at the same time . Please note this hotel does not have a restaurant, and I would only advise you to book this for business not holidays . The pool does not open till 16.30 and you can not change the temperature of your room as they have locked the AC

La relación calidad,precio es impresionante,nada que envidiar a hoteles de lujo,al contrario, desconecté y descansé como nunca,la habitación era preciosa y la cama muy cómoda y la ducha mejor imposible,a mí pareja y a mí no nos hizo falta nada más,es el sitio perfecto,y destaco también el trato y la amabilidad con la que nos atendieron.Volveremos a repetir sin duda alguna.

We’ve stayed here a number of times recently and it doesn’t improve. As a bonvoy platinum member I try hard to stay at Bonvoy properties whenever they are available. This one just doesn’t cut it. Staff at front desk are never friendly or accommodating. The wifi is absolutely awful and really, the rooms are very small. The only upgrade ever offered to us (over 3 stays this winter) was to a higher floor. Really disappointing.

Fading. Could be 5 stars but is only 3.5. The staff are nice but the main reason we used to stay here was the pool. However that now does not open until 12..or later some days and it closes at 7pm. Therefore on arrival it was closed and on check out day you cannot use it at all. The bar has no draught beer...just a few bottles and closes at 4 pm. Many people were trying to order during those times but nobody was there to take their orders. Sat and Sun there were 30 people plus on the roof until 8pm and wanted to spend their money but could not! Madness. Some days there was a life guard sitting by an empty pool and other days when the pool was busy..no lifeguard. The Aircon works but is noisy. The TV is an antique and most channels do not work. There was a heatwave but you get one free water each on day one but no more than that even if you pay for 7 or 14 nights. Wifi works but you have to login everyday. Hotel is in a great place but Las Palmas is noisy, dusty and a little fragrant at times! If the main company, Eurostars would look afresh here and spend some money on a refresh then this could be a 5 star. Until then we will stay elsewhere, most probably.
