拉斯孔德斯鄰近Conference Center SOFOFA的飯店

酒店比較乾淨，前台英文很溜，一樓ibis kitchen很贊，WIFI速度也還可以，雖然三星但比阿根廷四星酒店好太多。附近超市，步行5分鐘內。

在2020年1月至2月期間,我和丈夫在行政房裏住了5晚,當時我們在南美度假。優點:-一個寬敞的新鮮、乾淨和現代化的房間,景色很好 - 早餐自助不錯 - 友好的wifi員工,除了早餐員工有點冷漠。- 步行即可到達地鐵站。我們多次使用ubered,這非常有效。(但是出租車司機因爲某種原因而掙扎着找到酒店。)-屋頂上一個不錯的雞尾酒酒吧。缺點:-淋浴時熱水不足的問題一再出現。不可接受。-我們不得不問了四次,才把衣服拿起來。-早餐、午餐或晚餐沒有客房服務。我們旅行了3個月,有時你太累了,不敢冒險出去吃飯。如果這次出差,我一定會感到非常震驚,因爲我傾向於吃客房服務晚餐,以便得到片刻休息和孤獨。簡單地不提供這項服務是不可原諒的。-一天晚上,從雞尾酒酒吧傳來的音樂傳到我們的房間,需要耳塞(我們當時在最高層)。-可以理解,雞尾酒酒吧很受當地人的歡迎。雖然我完全支持酒店也爲當地人提供空間,但應該專門爲付費酒店客人保留一些桌子(以及白天的躺椅),因爲白天和晚上在相對較小的區域都很難抓到一個位置(酒店好像是向非客人出售白天泳池通行證)。)-即將退房,我們打電話到禮賓部請人幫我們拿行李。令我們吃驚的是,他們告訴我們沒有提供這項服務(?!),而且他們不得不向上級請求許可,才能派人來幫助我們。一開始我以爲這是個玩笑,聽起來很荒謬。我們入住的時候,有一個行李員自動拿走了我們所有的行李,所以在退房的時候大秀這個東西實在是非常奇怪。但是,總的來說,一個四星級的實心酒店。

Realmente es un Hotel HERMOSO!!! Y cuando digo Hermoso lo es en todos los sentido... El Restaurante con una carta muy completa y variada, la amabilidad del personal, la limpieza, la variedad del desayuno buffet, el sommier y las almohadas súper mullidas. 早餐很簡單，但是合胃口！好評！ 千萬不要4樓的房間！太小太小！房間顏色太壓抑！地板太滑，一定要小心一點。視頻是餐廳🍴，餐廳裝修不評論，東西非常好吃😋！ 總體來說吃在這家是選對了，房間就太差了……

我建議那些想出差的原因和其他人去聖地亞哥中心,位於聖地亞哥歷史角,靠近香或聖盧西亞的阿米斯塔爾(Apart Hotel Amistar)。優秀的注意力,非常好的清和衛生,這些時間 。有很好的工作人員和優秀的到達和出發協調從智利聖地亞哥、質量和提奧爾門et推酒店。

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. Postscript: Having left Santiago to visit Atacama we returned to Santiago and had a night in an airport hotel before flying home. Rather than stay within the conf

Reuben was incredibly gracious and helpful during our stay. He went above and beyond any customer care service I have ever experienced in the hotel industry, or any industry for that matter. During my career over the past 30 years I have stayed no less than 150 nights a year in hotels. You need to clone Reuben, or at least use him to teach other managers how to emulate his professionalism.
