近1號公路，晚上睡覺感覺有點吵，其它設施服務都很好👍。

No light bulbs
2 TV's did not work
Remotes did not work
Kettle does not work
Shower was broken
Sink did not drain
Cupboards had crumbs and garbage
Kitchen was dirty
This was *******s VIP upgrade!
I hate to think of what the original room looked like!!!! :(

On the 3rd floor, over 50% of the rooms don’t shut to the point that it doesn’t latch. That means the doors can just be pushed open with no key. Walking down the hall, you could see them open a crack and some up to 2cm open.
The hallway feels uneven and has low spots throughout. The door to the bedroom would grind on part of the floor as there was some kind of hump in the floor.
When we got there, the bathtubs had a ring that we had to clean off.
Overall, the quality was bad. But the the hotel staff are very nice, friendly and polite.

Hotel right off highway 1 but got a room on side facing parking lot and it was quiet. Suite room had great kitchen- full size fridge, 2 burner cooktop, toaster and coffee maker with dishes. Very comfortable, enjoyed fitness Center and pool. Moxies restaurant at one end of hotel was a bonus.

Loved this place on the side of the Hiway, there are a lot of food options in the area. Nice pool & spa for the kids & ourselves.
Laundry was in our little suite we loved it. Great coffee in the AM too

They let someone else into my room, when I called the front desk the lady tried to put the blame on me for not having put the latch on the door to prevent the key that they programmed for my room from working

Very nice hotel, Great internet - one of the fastest I ever had at a hotel. Good value overall. Only issue is noise off the highway and parking lot. Minor inconvenience for a nights stay.

Dirty as I’m not a four star standard and no vip access or treatment, sink clogged up old shower heads shower curtains to short, old tv, stained couch.
