維多利亞熊山威斯汀高爾夫水療度假村(The Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort & Spa, Victoria)

Our room was ready early, it had a gorgeous view of the golf course and mountains, and was very quiet. Very comfy beds! We had to spend the night since I had to be in Victoria for medical tests, and therefore didn’t feel like leaving our room very much. We ordered room service, and like all room service menus, prices were high, but the food was good, and the convenience of not having to leave our room was a bonus. The only slight criticism was that the food was only warm and not nice and hot; and the one piece of fish I got with my fish and chips was very tiny. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel and their lovely staff.

Generally great experience, a bit of construction going on which limited some of the walking I used to do here. Sad there was a lack of pool and didnt have a friendly experience with the staff at the activity centre (and they made it very clear they weren’t affiliated with hotel) Was hoping to have a place to be active, but otherwise great experience and atmosphere

Really friendly staff at both the front desk and in the restaurant. We did ask to change rooms as the first one we were given had an adjoining door. We've had issues at other hotels in the past with noisy neighbours in this sort of situation. The front desk immediately switched us to a different room and even brought the keys up to us so we didn't traipse back downstairs. We took advantage of the brunch and happy hour menus, both times the service was friendly and the food really good. In addition to the Bear Mountain golf courses and tennis facility, there are lots of trails in the area for walking. Hotel guests can also use the two outdoor tennis courts at a neighbouring building. It's a bit disappointing that there's no pool and the outdoor spa tub isn't that warm but they weren't priorities for us on this trip.

The property is beautiful and wonderfully situated. It’s set in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views. It’s well maintained and my room was spacious and impeccable. The lobby is beautiful, as is the restaurant. The staff were wonderful and helpful and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay. This is my go to place whenever I am in Victoria

Location is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. However, you need to pay for parking. There is no free pool that guests can use. Everything needs to be paid for.
