YYC008這就是我們給這次體驗 3 顆星的原因；
首先，當我們預訂酒店時，Trip.com 和洛杉磯紫菀酒店都沒有提到我們預訂的日期屋頂關閉的任何事情。 5月13日和5月14日，我們住在3 0 6房間。不可用的地方在那些日期。當我們聯繫 Trip.com 時，他們幾乎說屋頂設施沒有列為我們的套餐的一部分。真的是攜程網嗎？你必須將屋頂列為便利設施......明白了。這真是蹩腳的回應。大家都知道人們是因為圖片而預訂的，而 Trip.com 客戶支援人員的回應卻非常蹩腳。我們決定保留本次審查的意見。
Aster 的員工很好，但很難相信他們網站上缺少的可用性是他們會錯過的細節。他們的酒店擁有無可挑剔的細節和設計。人們只能猜測他們很方便地遺漏了這些信息，因為人們顯然不會在那裡預訂並去其他地方。當我們登記入住時，我告訴前台接待員這一點。但我們不是透過********預訂的，我們是透過Trip.com預訂的。這些具體細節並不明顯。 7 月 1 日之後，政府對透明度越來越嚴格，酒店必須提及一些事情，所以我們錯過了這個窗口，但我們很高興讓像 The Aster 這樣的酒店承擔責任:-)
另外，週三，我們退房了，他們進行了持續約 10 分鐘的火災警報演習測試。當我們在他們的網站上預訂時，他們忘記提及另一個小「不便」。當時是上午 10 點。情況並沒有那麼糟糕，但顯而易見的是，他們在預訂過程中不公開訊息，從而讓客戶無法做出決定。消防局或技術人員並不是沒有事先安排。

2.攜程問我們想要哪個房間，我們選房間的時候選的是城景陽台。但我們被安排在池畔景觀中。這還不錯，但 Trip.com 發送給 The Aster 的預訂詳細資訊中缺少這一點。我的未婚夫最終對池畔景觀感到滿意，但它應該在 Trip.com 的預訂詳細資料中。因此，如果您透過他們預訂並提前致電酒店，請務必觀看此內容。
最後，裝潢、代客泊車以及總的來說，服務人員都非常友善和周到。我們會給他們 5 顆星。

訪訪客用戶酒店位置距機場很近，接送車很多且方便。房間整潔衞生，睡覺很安靜。周邊有大超市，漢堡店，星巴克，便利店等，次日換乘飛機的客人適合入住。就是早餐是西式的，有些單調，不過餐廳有熱水機供開水，出乎我的意料，不愛吃西餐的，用來沏茶，泡麪很方便。

WWaynehaoqi凌晨到的LA, 原計劃是在機場過夜，但還是熬不住訂了喜來登Gateway，離機場非常近，有免費穿梭巴士接送，機場出來上1樓，有專門的Hotel shuttles標誌地方等，看見喜來登logo的車就可以上車，直接去酒店。每個terminals都有接送！房間蠻整潔乾淨！凌晨2點入住，中午時間離開很順利！搭酒店班車去機場，然後乘機場shuttles M 線去Metro transit center轉地鐵去LA市區，也算方便。

LLyn R.前台服務和員工都很棒！週末為了看道奇隊的比賽，我們在這裡住了一晚。選擇這家酒店是因為其他附近的酒店停車費每晚要40到60美元，而這家酒店每晚15美元，我覺得價格合理。我沒想到這是一家全新的酒店，而且這家酒店真的很棒。唯一的小問題是我們房間裡的冰箱要么壞了，要么沒插電，所以我不得不扔掉一杯水果，不過這沒什麼大不了的。以後每次來這裡看比賽，我一定還會住在這裡。

訪訪客用戶My wife and I visited Catalina Island for our 28th anniversary — our first time back since before we were married in 1997. We chose the Catalina Canyon Inn specifically for the pool, jacuzzi, on-site restaurant, and shuttle service. Their website is very nice and seemed like a perfect match for the occasion. Unfortunately, very little matched what was advertised.
Shuttle: The shuttle was not waiting at the Catalina Express port when we arrived on the last ferry Saturday evening which was unexpected. Four of us were left waiting in the dark for about 20 minutes until the other couple called the hotel. The driver was friendly and apologized, but this set the tone for the weekend. The shuttle was consistently unreliable throughout our stay. They tell you to call the driver directly, but he often didn't answer. You'd end up having to call the hotel instead, and the shuttle only seemed to come after someone went inside and told the front desk in person. At one point we waited 45 minutes. Some guests got frustrated and just decided to walk, but the hotel sits at the top of a steep hill — not a realistic option, especially for older guests like us. Their website suggests the shuttle runs regularly, but that was far from our experience.
Restaurant: We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 PM Saturday and were turned away, even though their website says they're open until 8:00 PM. We had to rush down the hill to find dinner to-go in town before the shuttle stopped running at 8:45. It was a shame we didn't even have time to stay and eat on our anniversary or face having to trek up that hill. The next morning I mentioned this to the restaurant owner, who insisted they closed at 8:00 and that she was there. She then told us the restaurant closes at 2:00 PM on Sundays — so dinner there that night wasn't an option either. She was very friendly though I must say. On Monday we finally had breakfast before checkout. The food was mediocre and didn't match the glowing reviews at all. The prices were also odd — $12 for mozzarella sticks, $20 for nachos, but only $11 for pulled pork sliders, which you'd expect to be the pricier item. The pricing just didn't add up. While we were there, another couple was turned away at 1:30 PM because the restaurant closes from 2–4 on Mondays. We could feel their frustration.
Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi we were looking forward to was covered up and converted into a gazebo with chairs. At first we couldn't find it but yea. No mention of this on the website.
Room issues: The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The front desk told us we can mention it to housekeeping, who didn't come until after 5:00 PM. We got the soap and a couple fresh towels. The towels themselves were thin and didn't dry well overnight so fresh ones were sorely needed to get at least one shower in with soap before we had to leave the next day. The TV didn't work at all, and the microwave was unplugged — though I was able to fix that myself. The hotel also doesn't offer complimentary coffee, which is standard at most hotels we've stayed at for half the price.
The good: The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the balcony was a nice touch. The room was quiet.
Bottom line: The website gives a very different impression than what you actually get. Between the unreliable shuttle, limited and unpredictable restaurant hours, missing amenities, thin towels, and no coffee, this was not the anniversary experience we hoped for. I'd recommend staying somewhere closer to downtown so you're not dependent on a shuttle and stuck with limited options. I think we need to redo our anniversary. It was a miss for sure.

FFranky1004接機：機場酒店shuttle bus等候區，各酒店接機巴士穿梭不停，威斯汀bus數量不多，但是人好像很多，在T7等了40分鐘好幾輛經過的巴士都因為滿員沒能把我們接走，最後是萬豪的班車把我們接走並送到酒店。
Check-in: 當晚到達人數太多，入住排長隊，決定先放下行李在寄存處，先出去吃飯回來再入住。果然回來衹有兩三個人排隊，迅速辦理入住，200美元按金，退房原路返回。
房間：大床房帶沙發，介紹可以住四人，四個大人肯定是住不下的，就是正常大床房。特別注意：房間內沒有飲用水，沒有拖鞋，在意這個的一定要自己準備。床很舒服，很舒服，很舒服！
泳池：不大，但沒人遊，一個人包場，旁邊還有一個熱水泡池，很小，同樣包場，很舒服。白天有人躺在泳池邊躺椅曬日光浴，人都很安靜，可以看飛機。
健身房：器械比較全，人不多，體驗舒適，而且這裡有飲用水！可以拿杯子來這裏解決房間沒有飲用水的問題。
送機班車：大堂門口等候，注意區分員工班車和客人班車，客人班車有指定候車位。大堂有班車諮詢點，掃描二維碼可以查看幾輛班車實時位置，到達機場也就5-10分鐘。
退房：房卡11點失效，退房有快速投卡箱，不放心也可以排隊等前台，沒啥區別。按金退回速度很快。

以美國酒店這個價錢來說 我覺得真的很棒！ 以後有機會來美國一定會再住
但也有些可以改善的地方
洗澡只有牆上的那種花灑，感覺水沒有很強～ 我就快快洗完就算了

訪訪客用戶本來看很多評論説接送機的班車不好等有些擔心，但我正好退完房就趕上了，前台説班車是24小時循環的，大約半小時左右一班。這家酒店門口有個麥當勞，懶得出去的話買吃得很方便。關鍵是按金退的快，辦完退房手續後沒幾分鐘就收到了預授權撤銷的短訊，點贊！
