隱秘瀉湖（Hidden Lagoon）賽道附近住宿

我們喜歡漂流木!步行到瑪格麗塔維爾*****很容易,總是乾淨友好的前台。 唯一的問題是清潔人員(我們從來沒有遇到過問題)在試圖讓我們的房間在退房當天打掃乾淨,並破壞了我們與孩子和孫子的最後幾個小時的訪問。我很感激你希望完成這項工作,但不要以把顧客趕出房間爲代價。

酒店前台代理嘗試兩次收取我酒店服務費,我通過trip.com預訂,已經支付了2晚98美元的酒店服務費。給他們看細目收據後,他們說是第三方服務費,不是酒店服務費,我告訴他們我不支付另一個服務費,很高興沒有支付兩次,但有點毀了我的一天現在酒店放置的信用卡上還有另外一筆額外費用。我正在與信用卡爭論。總的來說,我喜歡這個地方,但不是他們試圖收取所有這些隱藏或虛假費用的方式。注意:酒店已經很貴了...

酒店的位置很好，下樓就是白沙灘，他家的房間很難選擇，因為户型太多，我們在網上選了之後現場感覺不太理想，又在前台選擇了朝向大海的房間，當然要另加錢。酒店應該在這方面多給遊客做些房間選擇的展示。前台小哥非常耐心，詳細介紹酒店的各項設施，我們連續住了六天，沒有打掃房間，當然我們也沒要求，所以也沒注意他們是幾天一淸掃。床還可以吧，偏軟，枕頭較差，亂七八糟。洗手間比較小，毛巾陳舊，廚房有咖啡壺，但一包咖啡也不配，也是夠另類。酒店不很大，整體很温馨，設施比較齊全。酒吧帶勁，還有沙灘排球，小朋友遊樂場温水泳池SPA等等，適合家庭度假。酒店的所有工作人員都非常的nice。離酒店大約700米就有一個大超市，特別值得一提的是超市裡各種酒類齊全，且價格便宜，碼頭公園開車過去也就兩三分鐘，哪裡有各種好吃的和好玩的，還有電影院奧特萊斯等，超級好玩。總之，還是很推薦這家酒店，但因我們是淡季去的，所以不知旺季的價格，如果那時仍是我們住的150刀左右，還是不錯的選擇。最後還是重點感謝前台的小哥和小姐姐，她們的微笑令我難忘，如果有空來還會選擇他家。

We booked the Junior suite with full kitchen.   Great view of the beach.  Comfortable bed. Coffee available in lobby 24/7.   Things to love…walk right out to the beach, gas bbqs and outside tables. Two spas, large pool, easy walk to Winn Dixie, Whiskeys, Muy Wayne Os and other restaurants and stores.   Things that could be improved: Full size coffee pot is great if you are staying more than a few nights— no filters provided, given they say they can’t provide filters a Keurig would be a better choice.  The cookware is cheap everything sticks to it.  No scissors or basic first aid.   The room is ready for upgrades:  something used to be mounted to the dresser and there are several holes that make it look trashy, no anti-slip or rail in shower, no bathroom fan, bathroom door sticks, pillows are uncomfortable.

It was good, having no towel is not good they will out of extra towel because of the laundry guy but I guess they should have leave some extra...don't wait until all of them are dirty and that that's when you wash them all together not right...No utensils in the kitchen which we don't mind because we buy instead. The most important is the room is clean and its near to where we are going.

洗衣機除了5個洗衣機中的一個外,都壞了。4個烘乾機都壞了,顯然他們不買新的。他們不每天打掃或倒垃圾,所以它堆積在你的房間裏,除非你碰巧看到他們靠近你的房間,然後他們非常有幫助。工作的人都很好。他們只需要更好的主人和管理。他們想做得更好。牀很舒服。大套房房間。

What a location! Absolute beach frontage - complete with a balcony overlooking the beach with the stunning emerald water as the back drop. The room has everything we require, and was the most up-to-date room that I’ve stayed in in this price range. I would definitely stay there again, and I’d also recommend it to others.

我們後來預訂了特大號牀套房，以便在登記入住時發現特大號牀套房不帶預訂網站上所示的陽台。但是前台服務員卡米爾（Camille）為我們提供了幫助，她真的很愉快也很友善。我們確實得到了房間差額的退款。總的來說，我們的住宿還不錯，除了浴室浴缸堵塞了。客房部來了，也解決了這個問題。風景很棒。我們將再次留在這裏。

Room was good. A little dated but with as much as we were in the room, it didnt really matter. The bathroom could use an upgrade though. Everyone that we came in contact with were very friendly.

Our first time using Trip.com Great experience- hotel was super clean, exactly as described and would stay again.
