訪訪客用戶We felt like the room was our personal condo and the staff was property management taking care of us like we were a permanent tenants. And the price of a 1,300 sq ft 2-bed 2-bath with balcony and floor to ceiling windows with ocean view was about the same as economy-size rooms I had gotten the same month on Bourbon Street in New Orleans and in Panama City Beach. If you want a quiet and very comfortable stay in Biloxi, you’ll want to be at the South beach Biloxi Hotel & Suites.

訪訪客用戶白宮酒店的場地和外觀都很棒。然而,這家酒店的其他特色令人不滿意。首先,如果你正在尋找一個在游泳池邊放鬆的地方,可以看到很棒的海景,你很幸運,但不幸的是,游泳池沒有加熱。餐廳因“施工”或“改造”而不可用,所以任何點菜(很好)要麼是客房服務,要麼在酒吧吃。我住在標準間,有一張特大牀,不太舒服。衛生間的洗漱檯燈只有半亮,剃鬚困難,房間的電視老舊,後面的燈好像要熄滅了。有一個3個抽屜的小梳妝檯,用於服裝,但除此之外,真的除了牀頭櫃之外什麼都沒有(但有一個非常小的小酒館桌子,用於咖啡機。最令人沮喪的部分是,空調單元要麼使房間非常冷,要麼非常溫暖。不舒服的牀,薄蓋子和雙極暖通空調使無法得到良好的休息。對於相同價格或更少,我可以住在一個有更好的設施和更舒適的房間的賭場。

訪訪客用戶Somewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.

訪訪客這是我們第一次在金塊酒店。我們對標誌指示感到失望,我們不得不自己搜索酒店入住櫃檯。儘管是晚上,地板上沒有工作人員提供幫助,只看到一名警衛。我們慶祝我們的週年紀念,特別期待自助餐,但發現它已經關閉了一段時間,儘管它在您的網站上刊登了廣告。另一個失望是沒有老虎機。我們酒店的房間很好,但總體而言,這次旅行令人失望!

LLisaWe never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor.
Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!!
I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog.
When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

MMari G G房間很陳舊但一分錢一分貨。馬桶設置不正確,隨時使用搖晃。沖水時最終漏水。讓前台知道。有一個男人在和前台說話,對他們說這是第二個有類似問題的廁所。
