訪訪客用戶我帶着複雜的心情離開了酒店。
積極:
領土維護得很好。風景很美,游泳池每天都打掃。海灘也乾淨宜人。很多有飲用水的冷卻器,包括許多其他飲料,所以從不保持脫水。
與動物的想法是輝煌的。兔子和鳥走在周圍真的使這個地方特別。
負:
有很多評論稱讚這家酒店的食物。最初我也對品種和很多沙拉印象深刻。然而,我很快就發現它非常鹹,辣或非常酸。當我說“非常”時,我真的是認真的。我在酒店住了11晚,到我們住宿結束時,我胃痛和胃灼熱,雖然我以前沒有消化疾病。我想酒店會說他們有減肥桌。是的,他們做到了,但這只是2-3菜的味道很樸素,對於以前沒有消化問題的人來說,避開一般的桌子會很奇怪,大部分菜中適量的香料和鹽會很有道理,我保證他們會仍然有味道。
我們上午11點離開酒店,因此無法享用晚餐。由於機場食物價格過高和不可靠,我在前台詢問是否可以來吃晚早餐,帶點東西。不僅接待的男士拒絕了,還補充道:“我覺得噁心”。正常情況下我不太願意爲每一分錢爭論,但在這種情況下我就是不能保持沉默。酒店的憑證明明說客人有權吃早餐和出發當天的晚餐。你的客人們在旅行中會有一個艱難的一天,他們在晚餐前離開,禮貌地問他們是否可以吃點外賣,你說這是噁心的?這遠遠不是熱情好客,真的消除了任何再次回到這家酒店的願望。

IIliaWe stayed for two nights. There were four of us: me and my wife, our eldest daughter and grandson (3 years old). We liked everything very much, check-in via WhatsApp, cleanliness and order, a full set of dishes for both cooking, including the necessary pans and pots, and for eating. A small minus - only one roll of toilet paper, but it was enough for us 😅 . Another minus - there are only two bar stools at the dining table-island. The other two guests are forced to eat standing up. 🙂

Начиная от расположения, красивейшие горы, зелень, а море😍 это просто красота!!!
Сам отель большой, зеленый.
Огромная чистая территория, много локаций, мест для прогулок.
Большой пляж, много шезлонгов, найти свободные-не проблема в любое время.
Еда-выше всяких похвал!!! Очень вкусно, очень много, очень разнообразно. Каждый день с новой тематикой. Целый день на разных локациях, своя еда. По поводу алкоголя могу сказать только за вино, так как выпиваю только его. Очень вкусное местное вино, не болит не голова, нет никаких пятен, очень приятный вкус.
Развлечения для детей и взрослых с самого утра до вечера, каждый может найти себе развлечения по душе.
Бассейны, очень много, большие. Очень чистые, есть небольшой аквапарк.
Мы жили в номерах в саду, они с новым ремонтом, очень чистые и тихие.
В отеле понравилось абсолютно ВСЕ!!!!!

AannaThe location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

訪訪客Özellikle yabancı çalışanlar müşteri hizmetleri kalitesi oldukça düşük ,ne dediklerimizi ve istediklerimizi anlamakta güçlük çekiyorlar.Yemek servislerinde personel yetersiz ve enerjileri düşük .Animasyonlarda müzik başta olmak üzere çok şey beklememek gerekir.Bu kadar yüksek puanı alacak fiyat performansı yokmuş.

訪訪客用戶First time in Kemer and so glad found this little gem! small family run hotel in lovely setting in residential area away from loud large hotels yet close at centre . Spacious newly refurbished small Ottoman style hotel, large clean room, great pool and spacious seating/communal areas. Excellent Turkish buffet b’fast with lot of choice.
Erkan and other staff super friendly and helpful and a group of resident cats and turtles add to the relaxed ambience! Will definetely stay here if return to Kemer.

ÖÖmertomak可以與自然能量融合,清,很安靜的地方,對想聽人家的遠處的人們來說,是一個合適的位置,可以用海上車來運送15分鐘,不久就找不到商店。我建議你們去購物,房間裏沒有冰箱,不幸的是,這使我們感到難過,除了笑的工作人員和夜晚的各種活動之外,我們還會有許多活動。
