SShakooriI booked the room online, which was low cast. When i was arrived there, first they denied after few minutes discussion they allow to stay in the basement room, which was quite better, over all the stay is good.

EEman K確實是一個最好的酒店,在伊斯蘭堡景色優美。很棒的服務和美味的食物特別喜歡皇家大象的味道。checkin Officers Ms Areej和Mariah非常熱情好客,這種充滿活力的靈魂是酒店業務的重要組成部分。酒店內應該也有室外游泳池 總的來說,這是一次很棒的體驗。

The ambience of the hotel is great. The service and the food is excellent specially Mr Mushtaq and Mr Atif who provided wonderful services and customer care. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are totally worth the price, the pool area and gym were nice.

PPannarineeThe Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.

ZZHIJIA酒店位置很好，很乾凈環境很好，旁邊就是高爾夫球場環境一級棒。早餐非常豐富，服務很好。很安全保衛服務很到位。有酒店接送服務。反正感覺物超所值。

訪訪客For the price paid I would rate this establishment 5/5. The location is G6/4 which is a central and affluent neighbourhood. The twin room was large and cost-effective and the water was always hot, and the WiFi strong. The staff were all especially helpful and friendly too. The only recommendations I would make regard the bedroom fridge which has not been cleaned in a long time...and the laundry, which could be less expensive. Aside from these things, all was well :)
