Location of the hotel is too good ,love to stay with margal team.

I had the pleasure of staying in room 436 at The Margala Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The hotel is situated in a prime location, making it convenient to explore the city while providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great value for the price. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the housekeeping team for their outstanding service. Their attention to detail truly made my stay enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Naveed, Duty Manager, whose professionalism and warm hospitality stood out. He ensured that every aspect of my stay was smooth and pleasant. Amzing stay reception team is excellent, food was also Amzing, room cleaning great and house keeping staff is excellent, will recommend to my family and friends, safty and security was aslo safe hotel. DM shoaib is very corporative. Margala is the best

I stayed in Margala hotel for three nights room cleaning is excellent, amazing staff ambience and value of money is according to exception. Reception team is perfect ZEESHAN is from reception is great he knows the hospitality.

Stayed at this property for the night of November 22, 2023 Hotel has very impressive lobby almost five star standards but once you leave lobby area you will start noticing that hotel is aging and areas in need of renovation. Our room was fine and had all required amenities but showing age. Welcome drink was sent to the room which was nice gesture. Breakfast next morning was good too. Lot of options in food and good service. All the staff we came into contact from bell person to reception and server were polite and friendly. 3.5 stars overall

Overall staff reception restaurant n ambiance is excellent really enjoyed my trip will come soon very hygienic n humble staff or MOHd asif n his team is fantastic Breakfast is awesome n concierge team is fantastic n view or room supplies is great thanks for making our visit remarkable

Excellent service overall. Food was tasty and the gentleman Mr. Munir, was amazing in the way he served. Always attentive to details.

Very nice and speedy reception ,could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious ,very clean and well equipped. We went down to have an early dinner at 7 pm as we had been up since 4 am. There was a very extensive buffet of all the usual items but we just felt like one dish from the a la carte. So pan fried red snapper and grilled lamb chops with one orange juice. The juice took a long time, the fish arrived looked very good and was pronounced delicious. The chops arrived smothered in sauce and frankly not to my taste. Within a minute or two the plate was removed and after a gap of about 10 minutes some excellently grilled chops arrived. They had a nice char but were not overcooked and I really enjoyed them. We returned to the room at 8.40 and it is lovely and quiet and we are ready to enjoy a very comfortable night’s sleep.
