一切都很好，有免費市區遊，行程豐富，酒店專用海灘很美，中餐西餐也不錯

我們一行定了3個房間，我一人住一間。入住後是裝修非常簡陋的三床房。把行李留在房間到前台交涉。説為啥我一人入住給我家庭房，前台所有的人都在笑，感覺他們都知道給了我不合適的房間。本來我想要海景房，最後給我升級到行政樓了。並讓他們把行李送到變更後的房間。感覺還是大多中國人英文不好，酒店人員糊弄慣了，這次遇到了我這個較真的，所以大家出國不要將就，一定要好好維權。

首先，您很可能會開車前往飯店，但入口在哪裡？我一開始也感到很困惑（即使我從飯店叫了一輛優步，計程車司機也猶豫了一下）。 飯店入口處有保安，就像商場一樣，讓人感到安心。 至於他們是否真的執行了安檢，那就是另一回事了… 飯店大廳非常寬敞，這家飯店能躋身科倫坡最佳飯店之列，著實讓我印象深刻。 早餐區也很大，我一時不知從何下手。 寬敞的早餐區也有個缺點，那就是取餐需要一些時間，等我拿到餐點再回來時，桌子可能已經被收走了。 我認為飯店的服務非常周到，但我在用餐或飲水時，食物和飲料卻被收走了好幾次。 房間至少有50平方米，所以我覺得您應該會有足夠的空間。 另外，飯店好像有App，但好像因為地區限制，在日本的智慧型手機上下載不了。我當時覺得這樣就沒辦法好好享受飯店了… 如果你用不了App可能也沒什麼問題，不過 健身房早晚都比較少，所以我用得很舒服。 幾乎沒有空位，所以適合只想用器械的人。

酒店很棒, 早餐很美味, 房間很大. 每天清理, 洗髮水, 奶油和全套衛生. 還可以兌換美元,我推薦100% 但是在住宿期間,他們從來沒有提供溫泉,也沒有關於repeschen的信息

The hotel offers a fantastic experience with its friendly and welcoming staff. The buffet breakfast is excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. The highlight of the stay was the superb room view—facing the sea with the added charm of watching the train pass by. A truly enjoyable stay!

科倫坡日本飯店 (Hotel Nippon Colombo) 整體住宿體驗尚可，但也有些不足之處。房間還可以，比較乾淨，但裝飾和維護方面需要更新。服務人員禮貌周到，但有時速度稍慢，部分設施也略顯陳舊。 不過，飯店的食物絕對令人驚艷。餐廳的斯里蘭卡菜餚風味十足，種類豐富，而且味道正宗，烹飪精良，給我們留下了深刻的印象。無論是早餐或晚餐，餐點都始終保持高水準，成為此次入住體驗的亮點。

I had a wonderful stay at the Mount Lavinia Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The service staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel environment was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. I especially loved the garden area, the swimming pool, and the stunning beach views. Waking up to the ocean view from my room was an amazing experience. Even the washroom was well-maintained and offered a great view, which made the stay feel even more special. What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay and paid attention to every detail to ensure my comfort. Overall, I would rate my experience 10/10. Everything—from the location and facilities to the service and atmosphere—was simply perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Sri Lanka.
