Please consider twice when booking this hotel. Please avoid this hotel for god sake. This is second time staying this hotel after 8 years ago. This hotel has gone really bad condition and services in big time. My holidays was completely ruined
Upon my arrival check in, the receptionist name “kalpani” was very rude and printed out a check in paper which is not my name and told me to sign it. I told her that is not my name and I refused to sign it but she said is ok just sign and I will change in the system. I wonder what the world this hotel running the business like that. I insisted her to change and she showed her moody face and told me to wait for 1 hour. She gave me old wing but I have paid for new wing with a higher price. So changed again the room. I wonder the staff are not being paid properly and don’t have any hospitality & system at all.
My room is bad and aircon was not working. I went 3 times to reception to ask for changing my room and they told me we are busy. Lost my 5 hours waiting for room to be changed. Well, they promised to come back to me but at the end they ignored my complaint. At last they just told me all the rooms are same like this with aircon problem because the management had set 26 celcious for aircon. So basically u can’t change the aircon temperature in the room. What a mess!! We are staying 2 nights with sweats and room is so stuffy. We just couldn’t wait to leave the hotel and check out.
Well, along the hotel aisle, you can see a lot of stand fan where other guest has complained about the heat in the room. The solution is they will provide u a stand fan like 2 stars hotel. They are charging usd100 per night but basic aircon system, they have failed big time.
We are having 2 rooms and another room door basically you can’t lock. Anyone can just open your door from the handle outside. We have went to reception to inform them more than 5 times as we have valuable items with us in the room, they couldn’t be bothered. The front office executive name “ dulaj “ didn’t deliver his promise to change our room. At very last day we check out, the door has not been fixed. Imagine anyone can coming to your room without needed to use room key card. I have attached the video as evidence
