服務超好，從到步welcome, 果盤，凍毛巾，小吃，到離開有葡萄串及禮物，非常驚喜，地方衛生乾淨，早餐食物種類豐富，再來一定首選這酒店

熱鬧，衛生，離old market很近，約5-10鐘時間。 有泳池很好，晒晒太陽。 外面交通方便，出問就有嘟嘟車。 附近好美食

這是第二次入住這個酒店， 上一次是七年前，他們剛開業，在携程上甚至沒有任何中文評論， 上一次入住體驗非常不錯，所以這次再度觀光吳哥窟專門再次挑選入住。 酒店非常不錯。 整個環境就是一個大花園， 設計漂亮，游泳池是鹽水的，非常適合度假。 特別需要說酒店的員工特別特別的友善，能夠讓你體會到什麽是高棉的微笑。房間衛生條件很好， 外面是個叢林般的花園，但是房間裏居然沒有任何昆蟲進來，對於我這個極度恐蟲者，感到相當舒適。 早餐豐盛，午餐和晚餐風味也很地道。 酒店提供的tuktuk 旅游非常棒， tuktuk司機服務優良，想停就停想走就走的服務體驗極好。

一般暹粒都是吳哥窟早出晚歸 宅不了酒店的 追求性價比可以訂這家酒店 絕對 對得起價格 位置：博物館對面 隔壁就是大超市 周圍的酒店是安縵和萊佛士 這種地段不用多説 缺點沒啥吃的 衞生：整潔 偶爾會發現有小蟋蟀 其他還好 服務：照搬的大酒店非常好 衹要坐着 有歡迎茶 毛巾 歡迎水果 設施：沒咋體驗

從頭到尾都很完美。除了良好的基礎設施之外，工作人員也非常專業和友善。他們會提供很多很好的建議，他們會預測您的需求，並且會加倍努力。餐廳（我們體驗了早餐和晚餐）很美味。一切都是自製的（果醬、冰沙……），味道鮮美，調味得宜。很少提及的是，我們還沒有發現任何缺點。最後但並非最不重要的一點是，對於這種舒適度和這種服務水準來說，價格是合理的。簡而言之，我們強烈推薦這家精品豪華酒店（僅 25 間以上客房），它是一顆真正的隱藏寶石。

價格真的是非常非常非常便宜的住宿啊，推薦大家在預算有限的裝上下又想要去這個國家玩的時候其實可以考慮這個住宿方案喔，雖然我只是要湊訂單而訂購的

4-Star Luxury Hotel for the Backpacker Price of $40/night! The first thing you notice about Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel is just how pretty it is! The architect, painters, decorators and maintenance staff did a fabulous job (see my photos). The second thing you notice is how delicious the huge buffet is – including free espresso drinks. Third, you notice that the rooms are not only nice but that everything works well (aircon, hot water showers, refrigerator, wifi, and cable TV with news channels from a half dozen countries like CNN). Fourth, it is in a quiet location less than 15 minutes from Angkor Wat, and only a $2 tuktuk ride to Pub Street or anywhere else in Siem Reap. But then you notice the best part: the outstanding hotel staff. For example, the Front Desk Manager Phyrun personally helped me when I could not make my room keycard work, and even brought me a bucket of ice. Originally I booked five nights during Chinese New Year with Trip.com discounts for $39/night, but he gave me a free upgrade from a garden view double with king bed to a pool view room. I liked it so much I wanted to extend, but the best I could find online was $41/night garden view, $51 for pool view. I asked Phyrun if I could get the upgrade again if I bought the $41 online, and he said no – but he smiled and said he would give it to me for $40/night the Khmer rate instead (normally $50 for barangs like me)! The restaurant had other examples of great staff. Some days the restaurant is overflowing with several hundred guests, other days only a few dozen. Yet they maintain the quality and personal touch from the egg and soup station, to the bountiful buffet, to the waiters and waitresses that clear the tables. The Restaurant Manager Somedy and his Assistant Manager Chhaiya keep it all flowing smoothly. Even on the busiest day, waitress Chanthla took the time to show my Khmer friend’s elderly stepmom the way they fold the napkins. Today the espresso machine was not working for a while, so Chhaiya offered to have a waiter drive over to the sister hotel to bring me lattes. I repeatedly declined, but was very impressed by the excellent customer service attitude. So the real beauty of this French chateau style hotel is its employees, including very efficient housekeeping and grounds staff. I checked out the “5-Star” Sokha Resort on the other side of its convention center, but did not like it half as much (especially for 70% more per night). Normally I would be afraid to write a review of a hotel that I like so much, but with 456 rooms I don’t have to worry about it being full. Do yourself a favor and stay here when in Siem Reap.

The hotel is in good location. I can easily go to any tourist attractions. I would recommend to other travelers.
