離吳哥窟很近，房間又大又乾淨。 我花2美元租了一輛自行車，所以我經常騎。 工作人員也很友好。 食物便宜又美味。 然而，我預訂了20美元的去曼谷的巴士，但我不得不額外支付10美元才能開車去邊境，然後乘坐巴士過境。不知道是因為通訊不暢還是因為很正常，我沒有收到巴士票。 房間裡的Wi-Fi訊號很弱。

飯店地理位置優越，交通便利，搭乘嘟嘟車即可輕鬆抵達主要景點。前台工作人員在辦理入住手續時非常專業，並提供了冰涼的濕毛巾和清爽的飲品。房間雖然設施簡單，但配備了短期住宿所需的所有必需品。泳池是一大亮點，早餐種類豐富，涵蓋了亞洲和西式菜餚。

服務不錯，地理位置離博物館很近，周圍沒什麼餐廳，不過他們可以隨時送你去想去的地方，這點很不錯。這家的早餐還不錯的，不過是點餐定量供應，我們帶着小孩，覺得食物的分量有點小，吃不飽，建議還是要給住客多一些食物，不要分量那麼小 房間非常好，很大，套房很贊，性價比很高，配置非常好，泳池也不錯，酒店的突突車會免費送住客出去，包括去夜市，其他餐廳，博物館，服務非常好，回來自己找輛車打回來就可以了。

4-Star Luxury Hotel for the Backpacker Price of $40/night! The first thing you notice about Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel is just how pretty it is! The architect, painters, decorators and maintenance staff did a fabulous job (see my photos). The second thing you notice is how delicious the huge buffet is – including free espresso drinks. Third, you notice that the rooms are not only nice but that everything works well (aircon, hot water showers, refrigerator, wifi, and cable TV with news channels from a half dozen countries like CNN). Fourth, it is in a quiet location less than 15 minutes from Angkor Wat, and only a $2 tuktuk ride to Pub Street or anywhere else in Siem Reap. But then you notice the best part: the outstanding hotel staff. For example, the Front Desk Manager Phyrun personally helped me when I could not make my room keycard work, and even brought me a bucket of ice. Originally I booked five nights during Chinese New Year with Trip.com discounts for $39/night, but he gave me a free upgrade from a garden view double with king bed to a pool view room. I liked it so much I wanted to extend, but the best I could find online was $41/night garden view, $51 for pool view. I asked Phyrun if I could get the upgrade again if I bought the $41 online, and he said no – but he smiled and said he would give it to me for $40/night the Khmer rate instead (normally $50 for barangs like me)! The restaurant had other examples of great staff. Some days the restaurant is overflowing with several hundred guests, other days only a few dozen. Yet they maintain the quality and personal touch from the egg and soup station, to the bountiful buffet, to the waiters and waitresses that clear the tables. The Restaurant Manager Somedy and his Assistant Manager Chhaiya keep it all flowing smoothly. Even on the busiest day, waitress Chanthla took the time to show my Khmer friend’s elderly stepmom the way they fold the napkins. Today the espresso machine was not working for a while, so Chhaiya offered to have a waiter drive over to the sister hotel to bring me lattes. I repeatedly declined, but was very impressed by the excellent customer service attitude. So the real beauty of this French chateau style hotel is its employees, including very efficient housekeeping and grounds staff. I checked out the “5-Star” Sokha Resort on the other side of its convention center, but did not like it half as much (especially for 70% more per night). Normally I would be afraid to write a review of a hotel that I like so much, but with 456 rooms I don’t have to worry about it being full. Do yourself a favor and stay here when in Siem Reap.

一下到機場，老闆娘就安排人來接機，一路到達她的旅館。老闆娘的服務態度真的是太棒了，每個細節都服務到位。幫我們換牀，問我們要吃什麼口味的早餐，早上做的早餐實在不錯，還有豐富的水果吃。早上起來，空氣清新，感受到了大自然與人的和諧，以及美麗的人文禮儀。很舒服，老闆娘也是很熱心，提出了好多問題，他都逐一給我們解答幫助服務，最後去金邊的時候，也幫忙我們叫了很棒的車。住過中國那麼多酒店，服務意識都沒有老闆娘這個服務好。時間觀念好，懂需求，有條理，熱心服務，實在太棒了！體驗到了什麼是以人為本，這才是真正做到了 君子愛財，取之有道。體驗到了，深刻，很開心有這樣的人生體驗。走的時候情不自禁地給了老闆娘一個擁抱，感動，祝她生意興隆

我們在社區的人的住宿很棒。工作人員非常友好和包容,超越一切,使我們的訪問舒適。他們甚至安排了35美元的機場接機,這是我們旅行的方便開始。唯一的小問題是我們無法獲得連接房間,這對我們的家庭來說是理想的。儘管如此,我們非常享受我們在這裏的時光,如果可能的話,我們會延長我們的住宿。強烈推薦給任何訪問粒的人!

環境優美, 員工服務態度良好, 早餐美味 Tuk Tuk 前往市中心需10分鐘

對這個酒店最滿意的部分就是早餐了，品種豐富多樣，每天都吃得很開心。工作人員都很熱心，辦事效率高，會幫忙按電梯，開門，送行李到房間。不過房間衞生情況有待改善，衞生間有異味，桌面黏黏的，另外有窗户但不能打開，空調噪音有點大。總體來説還是不錯的，走路就能去博物館，性價比高，推薦。
