The house is situated in a quiet and safe area, which is only accessible through a gate with guards. It has a big garden with seating areas where you can relax. Beds have mosquito nets. Our bathroom, in the main building was not fancy / renewed, but was OK. All was SUPER CLEAN! Vasant was our host, who is a great guy. He was kind, smiling and welcoming even when we arrived at 4 am! He really did everything to make us feel good. He prepared delicious breakfast with pancakes, eggs and various fruits. Breakfast was excellent and a lot! Vasant even gave us his phone number if we would need it in the downtown. He was very helpful and extremely friendly during the whole stay. Unfortunately there is no dinner option in the house, but we ordered food with Uber Eat. Airport pick up was organized by the B&B. We travelled with Samuel, who was always in time and transported us back and forth in the 4 days. We spent 3 nights at Edaala and it was truly a marvelous experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I went there with my colleague for a business trip and we went there by taxi from the airport. Although the taxi driver charged us much more than we thought, I would say this hotel is a Chinese friendly hotel in Nairobi, Kenya, and the workers there are very friendly to us. A young girl (can not remember her name, sorry) helped with with Uber, and also with money exchange into small amount changes. You can order take-out there if you have the app, and the charges can be paid online or by cash, which is very conveniant. Generally it is a good hotel, which is quite close to the CBD in Nairobi.And the breakfast is also nice.The persons for checking in are also warmly.I only got one problem was that the hotel cell phone was incorrect.Hope the hotel can revise the data accordingly.

出差內羅畢參加商務談判入住此酒店，酒店環境不錯，房間布置比較溫馨，尤其是服務很周到。附近夜生活餐飲等方便，距離國家博物館很近衹有一公裏多。酒店早餐質量有待提高。

The staff were so friendly and so considerate! Especially with how hectic my schedule was. Very clean as well. I was given an upgrade and their King Suite. So thank you very much to the team for that ! Whenever in Nairobi I highly recommend considering Bidwood Suites. Its location is also very convenient being 2 min walk from the city centre. A very comfortable and reasonably priced hotel just outside Nairobi city centre. It’s a training hotel so most of the staff are hospitality students. Sometimes this means slightly less efficient service but everyone is professional, polite and welcoming. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with good bathrooms and excellent beds. Very clean, even though the hotel itself could do with some modernising. The gym and spa on site are very good and the large swimming pool was never busy. They do a good breakfast buffet and very decent evening food, with a wide range of options. At the time of staying the lift wasn’t working, and there are a lot of stairs. But staff were helpful with bags.

來2次住了好幾個月了，確實不錯。離中國街近，治安還好，比較方便。附近還有yayacenter。早晚高峯會堵車，這個需要注意

對我個人來說,每一處都超級滿意。我睡着了,吃得像國王一樣。即使我們早餐遲到了,服務時間仍然爲我們提供一份超級美味的英式早餐,包括果汁、茶或咖啡。健身房安裝的很完美,設備齊全。可惜游泳池的水相當冷。我也對客房服務感到驚訝:非常禮貌準確,我們的房間總是整理得非常整潔,打掃得很乾淨!我會向朋友們推薦格萊莫套房!我會一次又一次地選擇格萊莫套房!!!

我們受到了歡迎,在我們3天的住宿期間得到了幫助和治療,我們在接下來的一個月裏又預訂了2次住宿,使這家酒店成爲我們的“家基地”。它位於內羅畢的一個步行安全區,附近有商店和餐館。我們利用我們配備齊全的小廚房來吃一些飯,並在酒店的餐廳用餐一次,非常好的飯菜。游泳池是加熱的,一切都很乾淨。我們以前在肯尼亞生活和旅行,因此意識到這家酒店是隱藏的寶藏。
