Perfect location to get to our meetings and was a comfortable stay. The room had everything you needed for a good nights rest.

I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. 驚人的一切

我們在Lonavala的Meritas Adore Resort住了3晚,我想花一點時間真正感謝整個工作人員。他們都非常尊重,謙虛,反應靈敏。 Shivam 先生在辦理入住時熱情友好,非常包容。 餐廳的巴巴羅總是在早餐時間站起來,當我們看到他一整天。 拉胡爾和斯里瑟姆非常熱情好客,總是以最大的熱情爲我們服務。 女管家總是臉上掛着微笑,很快就能買到。 房產很小(老實說,我們喜歡),超級乾淨,維護得很好。 鑑於我國目前的情況,我在工作人員中看到的最大問題是他們如何平等對待和尊重每一位客人,儘管他們的文化,語言或服裝。我很高興我們選擇這個地方度過幾天。我肯定會再回去,如果他們保持這些良好的標準。

飯店服務很好，設備也都蠻新的，只是電梯反應比較慢，很多次以為有感應到房卡了，結果又跑到其他樓層了～餐點不錯，但是沒有培根是唯一的遺憾～
