We stayed in this hotel for 2 days. It is around 650 m from golden temple and 500 m from jalianwala bagh. Both of which can be visited over foot. Only issue is with the narrow lanes where it is located due to which cars/taxis don't come in the lanes and we had to take an autorickshaw form sultanwind gate ( around 900m- 1km). The room in which we stayed was of decent size and had a functional AC and TV. Room service was also good.

Hotel is right in central old Amritsar walking distance from Jallianwala Bagh, Golden Temple and the Partition Museum. Rooms were clean and amenities were good. I would have given 5 stars except for the drawbacks. We booked 5 delux rooms. Some rooms were very spacious, while some were as small as a box with no space to turn around even. This discrepancy should not be there in an ITC hotel. Secondly the service was very poor, the food at the restaurant and room service was very slow and the housekeeping was non existent. We called 4-5 times for towels in the room, as they had removed our used towels and were not provided the same till late night. Nothing should require 5 calls to get done which indicates their callousness. Otherwise I would still recommend this place if they improve on these points.

房間很乾淨，浴室也很乾淨，熱水很充足，位置很棒就在金廟附近，附近很熱鬧，隔壁就是麥當勞，旁邊也有可以換錢的地方，櫃檯服務非常熱誠，可以幫忙訂去邊境參觀降旗儀式的來回接送，飯店預訂有保障，這點超棒，整理來說非常推薦。

工作人員都很友善，很願意回答跟幫忙旅客，也會關心旅客住的舒不舒服，讓獨自一個女生旅行的我，覺得很安心，參加去印巴邊境tour的導遊Vicky很博學多聞，沿路會講解Amritsar的歷史、沿路的歷史建築、這邊盛產的作物等等，讓人更了解這個區域，下次來會想再來住。

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

We stayed here for 2 days and booked total 3 rooms. Overall experience was amazing. Rooms are big and beautiful. They were clean and well organised. Each and every staff member was humble and helpful. The pool experience was really good. Best thing for my boy. He was very happy. The view from our room was amazing. Even from roof top you will witness thee beauty of Amritsar. We had breakfast here and special appreciation for food/restaurant staff. They were a great host. Again it was a great experience. I totally enjoyed my stay here and would definitely love to come back

The location is a great advantage, just a few steps away from the temple. Cleanliness could be better, rooms need basic maintenance. The staff is helpful and polite. Would recommend taking an executive temple view or club suit rooms only on 3rd floor
