交通便利.環境整潔.服務人員態度佳

工作人員的服務很體面。但是房間嚴重欠缺。牀沉入..走廊有異味。空調噪音很大。確實有無煙房,但許多客人無視規則,如果你不幸,就像我被分配了一個房間旁邊非常重的吸菸者,他的房間的煙霧通過隔斷門的縫隙進入我的房間。

酒店位置極好，對街就是SOGO 食買玩也方便，只是酒店有些老舊，但保養良好，空調温度正常極凍！大堂佈置充滿聖誕節氣氛。

酒店比較繁忙，前面剛好有B R T建設。暫時比較堵車。夜晚亦有嘈雜聲音，不過好快消失。安靜乾淨舒服。早餐係全印尼。工作服務人員熱情，服務非常好。房間有經常跳電情況。1應該注意電壓。

非常漂亮的酒店,位置很好。工作人員很友好,只是因爲我失去了門禁卡而向我收取了50k IR。  總而言之,是一家美麗的酒店,我推薦它。

整體而言，如果純入住來說是非常不錯。 但如果有特別要求，例如制造驚喜的話，酒店幫不到什麼忙。 出門前放置生日氣球於床上，旁邊放上貼士，滿懷希望回來時氣球已經佈置好，誰知回來時發現只打掃了房間，未吹的氣球只放到一旁，非常失望，因此錯過了很好的時機。 之後致電到櫃檯，要求打掃房間，希望工人幫忙怖置氣球，但45分鐘過去還未到，我也已經怖置好了。

在這裏,我們還預訂了非吸菸房,到達時我們只得到了一個非吸菸房。我們需要接受一個吸菸房。我們不接受,他們說他們有一個更多的非吸菸房,但不同的樓層。我們接受這一點,而不知道與孩子不同樓層的危險。我們住在4樓,孩子在3樓。事情是孩子們在晚上不容易,想去我們,但電梯只能在3樓到達。他們在恐慌中,我們也在恐慌中。我們打電話給接待處尋求幫助,而不是來幫助孩子,他們要求孩子下來到大堂接待處,而不是他們激活4樓電梯。 早餐適中 非望服務/標準 酒店3/4星級小房間。 不友好的氣氛可能是因爲我們和他們一樣印尼人 酒店和客人之間沒有態度

Room with a window, with normal Wi-Fi. There is a large work desk, a large bed. The only thing missing is a refrigerator. This is one of the best hotels in the city, so we can safely recommend it for check-in. Hearty breakfasts, a restaurant downstairs where you can eat throughout the day for not the highest prices. Good location next to a large shopping center, supermarket and night food outlets.
