酒店員工服務熱誠，有礼貌，設施略為有所改善，因洗手間内，没有洗手盆及没有小擺設放物件，和沐浴間分隔太遠，去完洗手间辦大事，要出门口再轉去另一邊洗手。

A beautiful hotel in an old building in the heart of the city. The breakfast was very good with plenty pf choice. The only issue was the heating in the bathroom which wasn’t working and despite requests to the front desk wasn’t fixed

Ótima localização, instalações aconchegantes por um valor justo. Única problema é não ter elevador, pra quem chega com malas pesadas é um problema e barulho de portas batendo o tempo todo, infernal!

A great room for a solo traveller, a huge king size bed and all facilities. They do tend to put singles in the Wellington lodge which is a 10 minute walk to the pool facilities.

Very convenient location and easy check-in/check-out, everything explained very clearly. Newsagents and restaurants just across the road very convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location. Near supermarket and other attractions.
