訪訪客用戶When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

DDanaodai5872利物浦的人很熱情。友善。自己由於在上個旅程中拖鞋忘拿了。然後英國酒店是不提供拖鞋的。然後抱着試一下的問了前台小姐。她很熱情的幫我們找了二雙拖鞋。真的很感謝。酒店房間很大。是我在英國住的最大的房間。而且靠近市中心。周圍都是商業街。吃的。購物很方便。下次來利物浦還會再次選擇這家酒店

訪訪客用戶愉快的停留與一些缺點我在酒店的住宿有其利弊。在積極的一面,工作人員非常友好和熱情,這使我的體驗更加愉快。此外,免費早餐非常出色,是開始一天的好方法。然而,我在入住期間遇到了幾個問題。雖然房間整體看起來乾淨,但牀單有難聞的氣味,令人不快。此外,在清潔方面,一些區域似乎被忽視了。儘管存在這些問題,但酒店具有潛力,我相信解決這些問題將大大改善客人的體驗。我會給我的住宿評分爲3至4星,因爲友好的工作人員和美味的早餐是值得注意的亮點。

訪訪客用戶參觀著名的阿克靈頓斯坦利(Acrington Stanley) 對陣利物浦(Liverpool) 的足總杯比賽，酒店很容易找到，房間酒吧和餐廳泥瓦匠都很不錯，步行5 分鐘即可找到附近的停車場（24小時16 英鎊以下）B 停車場。唯一的缺點是這家酒店位於深夜俱樂部的中心，外面還有所謂的花園酒吧，所以房間裡很吵，但這並沒有真正打擾我們，因為我們都可以在煙火中睡覺。但如果您睡眠較淺並且需要早點上床睡覺，請戴上一些護耳器。

Wwq332211這家皇冠廣場酒店位於利物浦郊區,是利用廢棄的候機樓改建的，但是到城裡頭還是比較方便的，旁邊也有比較大的超市，酒店的房間屬於四星級的標準客房還是相當不錯的。

The location at 46-48 Foley Street puts you right in the heart of Liverpool, which was perfect for my mini-break. Being centrally located meant I could easily walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas without relying on transportation. The vibrant city atmosphere was right on my doorstep! I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.
