酒店環境衛生情況不錯，有提供洗頭水和沐浴露等等一般備品，床褥也很不錯，空間也夠大。酒店職員態度親切。推薦！

地理位置優越，靠近商店和火車站，步行僅需5分鐘。房間設施簡單但乾淨。淋浴很棒，河景也不錯。房間隔音效果很好，聽不到外面繁忙的馬路噪音，這點很棒。早餐很美味，冷熱菜種類豐富。咖啡一般，但這只是個人口味。 唯一的缺點是沒有休閒設施，儘管隔壁就有一個。房間裡的風扇噪音有點大。

位置還可以，8分鐘行到Lime Street Station，房間枱上有塵埃，沖涼位置比較細，但價錢合理，睇波住一晚可接受。

At £126.90 plus a small £4.80 property fee, it offered excellent value for a city center experience. The location at 46-48 Foley Street puts you right in the heart of Liverpool, which was perfect for my mini-break. Being centrally located meant I could easily walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas without relying on transportation. The vibrant city atmosphere was right on my doorstep! I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes.
